Fantastic experience: As someone who is not from the area finding new gym classes to attend, was pretty daunting. I reached out to Carleyann who helped put me at ease and booked on for a class. Entering a new gym space on your own can be scary but I was really pleasantly surprised at how lovely all the OB4L members are. Carleyann has created a community who are not only focused on improving your fitness but also having a good laugh and enjoying yourself. Everyone who attends is helpful and friendly and there’s no cliques - just a good bunch of people looking to burn some energy. So much so that I’ve been coming to classes here for the past 2 years and I’ve always left the gym feeling better than when I entered. This gym has been a saviour for my mental health aswell as improving my physical abilities.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years, everyone feels like one big family. The work outs may leave you on the floor afterwards but they make you feel amazing, Carleyann is one of the best instructors I’ve met. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've trained here for almost 9 years. Carleyann is an outstanding trainer, so knowledgeable and the work she does gives fantastic results. My body shape has changed and its made such a positive difference to me physically and mentally. You can train to how you want to train and you're always offered modifications if you need them. There are so many different ages, fitness levels and abilities in the class and you're always welcomed by everyone. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been doing these classes with carly for few weeks now and I absolutely love them! They are so upbeat and fun. Would recommend anyone to give them a go! P90, Hit step and metafit are my favourites!! Everyone is so friendly too, fitness fam ❤
