Fantastic experience: Friendly and positive atmosphere, an inviting studio and a great place to train/work out. A number of sessions through out the day to fit the need and times for all clients. The instructors are fantastic, good energy and devote time to ensure the client achieves their fitness goals. Having been a member for 10 months they have certainly helped me become healthier, stronger and happier. Completely different to your standard gym where nobody speaks to each other. Made some good friends here. Would highly recommend others to join!
