I myself have also signed up for 1-2-1 sessions with Jay. Not only is my daughter motivated but i am also motivated to keep fit and healthy.

Fantastic experience: Met Jay many years ago, in my 30s but he must have thought I was younger and let me jump in and train with the kids lol. Never asked me for money, which makes me feel like I'm in debt to him now so I bought some merch and haven't wore it yet because it doesn't feel proper to wear it if I don't return.
