Fantastic experience: I have been attending for just over a year now and I have loved every minute. Jon is a brilliant trainer, highly knowledgeable and provides a good balance of discipline and fun. The group are fantastic, really friendly but also help push you as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Signed my two boys up at the start of the year and the classes have really helped with their fitness and self confidence. Would highly recommend for those with children 7+ looking for after school activities for their children with options to do one or two sessions per week.

Fantastic experience: Jon's a fantastic instructor and I'm really enjoying these sessions I'd recommend these classes to anyone that wants to keep fit, familiarise themselves with self defence and increase mobility If you're new to the environment the team are very welcoming and work at a pace that suits you. I found it easy to get up to speed and look forward to progressing more!

A safe friendly environment were you feel supported to achieve your goals, no matter what they are. The Instructor is great and students make it really enjoyable, as well as a great workout.
