Fantastic experience: Cheryl is amazing at her job. Always on hand whenever you need her for advice. Her workout programmes are great and tailored to you and your needs. She’s not pushy and very supportive. The group WhatsApp is also a great idea and such a nice support group. I’ve been with Cheryl since January and I honestly love it! Her app and approach keep me accountable which keeps me going and wanting to do more and better. As a person she’s ace, super friendly, funny and caring and such a laugh to work with. Keep doing you! Xxx

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Cheryl over the course of many years at various different stages of my fitness journey. She has always provided incredibly structured plans which have always helped me reach my goals and every session has been an absolute joy! A lovely balance between knowing when to push you to your limits and when not to our sessions have never felt like a punishment. She is incredibly kind and considerate particularly concerning previous injuries and has helped me strengthen previously weakened muscle groups. If you want to be the best, work with the best - and that's Cheryl!

Fantastic experience: I came to Cheryl as my previous gym closed and I needed so help to learn how to use the equipment/ develop confidence as prior to this I had only really done classes or challenges. Cheryl is so lovely, helpful and approachable. She has been more than happy to help in any way possible and even supported me to various classes just to help encourage me! Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Cheryl is fab! I did a 6 week fitness programme and I’ve learnt so much! She’s so helpful and is just a message away when you need. I feel so much better in myself, my jeans are looser and I feel so much healthier. I also feel much more confident using the gym equipment which was a biggie for me! I am limited to how much time I can spend in the gym due to childcare but Cheryl helped me work around that and have me some home workouts too. I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Cheryl is a fantastic PT. Very knowledgable and attentive, I’ve been having sessions with Cheryl since 2019 & she’s always been there whenever I’ve needed her help and advice, to encourage me & motivate me.

Fantastic experience: I am 47 and after an accident I broke my neck ,after 5 year I began to walk and exercise cheryl has done the impossible and got me to a point that iam am able to do spin ,weights,walking and iam now more active she has put lots of effort and time to help my disability, excellent teacher and motivator wouldn't chose any other personal trainer she specifies on you and your needs ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a 6 week course after recently having my 2nd baby. I wanted to get back into the swing of things and didn't know where to start. Cheryl provided a variety of exercises during the fitness classes as well as a plan for weekly exercises for me to do at home to target the areas that I wanted to improve on most. She also gave great ideas of better food choices, especially snacks (which are my downfall). It's good to be able to involve baby in majority of the exercises, something you wouldn't get going to the gym. I have LOVED the classes, so much so I have decided to continue on another 6 week course.

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT. Always there when i need, programme can be adapted for home and gym. Cheryl takes the time to listen to me and knows how to get the best of me :)

Fantastic experience: Just completed my first 6 weeks of Diapers and Dumbells. Absolutely brilliant fitness class with my baby. Signed up for the next 6. Can’t wait!!!
