Fantastic experience: A friend recommended BMF, so I joined 3 months ago and am glad I did. The atmosphere is welcoming, the instructors know your name and your skills and weak spots and I feel I have achieved a lot in the short time thanks to a great selection of classes to choose from, offered at convenient times (morning, lunch, evening).

Fantastic experience: Fantastic variety of classes, expert instructors, great equipment and a brilliant group of fellow BMFers. A must try for anyone trying to get fit. I’ve been a member for 2 years, have lost over 15kgs in weight and am now the fittest I’ve ever been! Better than any other gym and amazing value for money too !!

Every session is different and caters to all fitness levels, you’ll definitely be pushed to achieve the best results which is great if you lack motivation. Fantastic experience: Best thing I ever did for myself. I've tried the gym and PT but until I joined BMF a year and a half ago I couldn't find anything I enjoyed. Brill intstructors who know how to push you but have fun at the same time. Great community spirit, loads of timetable options for a great variety of different activities. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to up their fitness and strength with a friendy and encouraging crew.

Fantastic experience: CP Urban is a great gym - the instructors are supportive of all fitness levels and provide personal direction to each member in class. The gym has a great community of people and at 41, I’m the fittest I have ever been!

Fantastic experience: Google should offer 5* ratings especially for BMF URBAN CP. I have been a member for just shy of a year and enjoy training here at least 3-4 times a week. Holds all the equipment and excellent trainers anyone would need. The trainers have extensive knowledge and make each class unique. I strongly recommend a trial here!
