Fantastic experience: I won an Instagram competition for a month membership. I love Pilates and the classes are easily the best I’ve been to in Lancashire! Evolv also introduced me to hot yoga which for me is a must try!! Lovely atmosphere, staff and overall vibe thank you again for this amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic barre, pilates and yoga studio, with wonderfully supportive, welcoming instructors and a warm community feel. I jumped into my first barre class with Tina a few weeks ago, and since then, I have taken numerous other classes with both Tina and Jess, and I have loved every single one of them. I used to attend barre regularly at studios in London, and this is a whole different level, with small classes where the instructor can help with correct form, and provide modifications where required - it feels more like group personal training. After a few years of heavy weight lifting and HIIT-style training, going back to barre and barre/pilates-influenced classes (like The Evolv Method) have reminded me how amazing this style of training is for core strength and posture. I am only a few weeks in, and I can already feel a difference.

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio I have been recovering from a spinal injury and lower back issue and the Pilates classes have helped ease the pain and correct my posture highly recommend this space for a different style of movement and exercise

Fantastic experience: Loved my first classes at Evolv! A lovely, intimate studio with instructors who approach health and wellness holistically. The class was small and welcoming, and something different than other fitness establishments in the area. I can't wait to see what's next for the team and how they continue to Evolv!

Fantastic experience: I began going to Evolve when recovering from a broken ankle. I started slowly with their Stretch and Reset class and have gradually worked my way to be able to do and thoroughly enjoy all the classes. The girls were really helpful and full of alternative exercises for my ankle. I have recommended the studio and classes to many friends who have joined too. It’s a great start or end to my day ⭐️

Fantastic experience: What a great studio! I fell in love with this place straight away, Jess Tina and the instructors provide an excellent service. I’ve learnt so much, got stronger and fitter and challenged myself in so many new ways at Evolve. Evolve really do provide you with a bespoke service. I’m currently 30weeks pregnant and have exercised here through my whole pregnancy. Previously my abs split with my first pregnancy and there’s no sign of this happening this time round. I feel fit and energised after lessons they really do set you up right for the day. Alternatively evening classes are excellent, stretch and reset and yoga classes literally have me sleeping like a baby at night too. You must try this place, you won’t look back. I certainly haven’t .

Fantastic experience: Visiting Evolv The Studio is the perfect start to my day. The classes on offer are unique, challenging and fun. Tina & Jess are great teachers, very knowledgeable and make everyone feel welcome. It has changed the way I work out and I feel lucky to have this lovely studio in my home town.
