Fantastic experience: It amazing gym if not try it you are missing out and people work there do amazing job

Fantastic experience: Great place to train!! The whole team are so friendly and encouraging. I love the equipment, not just your standard gym gear but also the strongman stuff. I always wanted to have a go at the strongman and nothing is a problem here, just pick it up and ask for some tips. It's not just the team that help you, members are also great. To have something different to use really mixes your workout and spending 1.5 - 2hrs on a workout feels like nothing within an amazing atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing! Equipment is some of the best I’ve ever seen, hands down one of the best gyms in Chelmsford. Staff are incredible and their knowledge is superb, if you need a hand with anything they will most definitely help! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Both those who are new to strength training and more experienced lifters will find what they need. Beginners - staff are friendly, passionate and highly knowledgeable. Most importantly they are keen to demonstrate kit if haven't worked on it before. Experienced lifters - great range of equipment; stones, logs and tractor tire. Specialist deadlift bars etc Gym is clean and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: A first class gym run by an amazing team in James, Adele and Suz! The gym caters for all ability ranges, has an extensive range of equipment and is a really friendly place to work out. There is always someone at hand to offer expert advice, support and positive encouragement. I would highly recommend you come along and try out some of the strongman equipment. A really great gym truly worth a visit.
