Fantastic experience: Great gym with trainers who care and have great knowledge of crossfit and weight lifting

Fantastic experience: It’s an amazing cross fit gym. Dan and the coaches create such a good atmosphere….zero egos, just positive vibes, and it’s great for all abilities, even if you’ve never tried cross fit before. I joined 12 months ago as a complete beginner, which natural felt intimidating but everyone was so great it felt like home and like no no other gym I’ve ever been to before. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, I joined around a year ago having never done CrossFit and it completely transformed my fitness. Dan creates a real family vibe, great coaches, always getting new equipment, cool programming and we’ve met some great friends through the gym as well

Fantastic experience: Just had my first taster session yesterday! As a complete newbie to CrossFit- everyone was so kind and welcoming. Bed was super great at making sure I knew what was going on and wasn’t going too hard too fast and risking injury. I am definitely feeling the work today and will definitely be back :)
