Fantastic experience: KNOW THY SELF . . . I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for a test. I knew I wanted more information about my personal health and body but wasn't sure just what kind of information I was going to get or what to do with it once I had it. Brad really took the time to explain each test and how the personalized information could then help me in knowing exactly what type of training would benefit me, how fast/slow my metabolism actually was and how to adjust what I already do to hone in on my goals. The location and vibe is great. Comfortable space, plenty of parking. I'm not going to lie, the test is not easy but when you're done - it's WORTH IT!
