Fantastic experience: I have been training with Marian since early 2023. He is an excellent and knowledgeable practitioner. He is patient but holds clients to account in their practice. I have seen changes to my physique and posture that I have been trying to address for years, but to no avail with other disciplines. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Before working with Marian, my training was always interrupted by chronic injuries flaring up. But now, over the last couple of years working closely with Marian, we've been focusing on solving my problems head-on, prioritising good functional movement. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Marian since April 2024. Prior to meeting him I was doing calisthenics, barre and pilates. I was in good shape; all these activities improved my stamina and strength, and made me feel good. However I had constant niggles in my right shoulder and lower back which were persistent but not painful. I started regular sessions with Marian. At first I was a little sceptical, because to achieve the best results with FP I was advised to stop all other activities. I was a little anxious as I had a regular routine and a close circle of friends from my regular activities but I decided to try FP for a month. Marian recommended I start the 10 week online course alongside our 1:1 sessions. By the end of the first week I was hooked! Through Marian’s extensive knowhow and guidance I learnt about the importance of neutral posture, pelvic tilts and the limitations of passive stretching. He taught me a huge amount about my body and correct movement. Marian has a lovely manner. He is super patient and kind and is able to push me even when I think I cannot give anymore. Through his knowhow and observation he can always advise on how to get more from each movement. Even though the movements are demanding, I feel they are safe and hugely beneficial for my body. Marian has shared his MFR knowhow to help me better understand my issues. I’m 8 months into the training and feel significantly better. We are now digging deeper into the alignment issues on the right hand side of my body. I’m excited to be learning so much and feel empowered with the knowledge and training Marian is sharing with me. Working with him as made me realise how much was lacking from all my other activities!

Fantastic experience: Marian is a fantastic coach. Very constructive and always willing to challenge you, yet easy-going and extremely kind. I started training with him after a few months of having on and off lower back pain. Within the first few weeks of the program (working on basic standing and abdominal strength) I saw substantial improvements. Granted FP may not be for everyone as some may prefer other training methods, but Marian is knowledgeable and excellent (and patient) at explaining biomechanics. You have to put in the time and effort but the methods he uses really teach you how to move in a way that makes sense for your body.

Fantastic experience: Health is a habit and Marian is the ideal coach to help you make permanent changes in your everyday choices which will have long lasting effects. While working with Marian I lost 33 pounds (2.3 stone) and most importantly, I've been able to keep it off, through lock down and closed gyms etc because of the permanent changes in my lifestyle which Marian helped me make. When I was first introduced to Marian by a colleague I hadn’t realized how badly I’d let bad habits reign causing my weight to sky rocket. Marian’s kind and professional attitude and his constant and tailor support helped me get back on track in improving my health in a real and sustainable way. In the beginning when I really struggled with eating habits, Marian would check in daily about what meal choices I was making and would even help me review menus when eating out. When lockdown happened Marian was quick to help me adapt my routine and habits to this new way of life and encouraged me most of all to look after my mental health. I could not recommend Marian highly enough, he has completely changed my life for the better and is a constant source of insight and motivation.
Fantastic experience: *** UPDATED 2020 REVIEW ***: Although I left London a year ago, I had the pleasure of working with Marian once again through his online coaching program over covid-19 lockdown. He truly is an exceptional coach because he understands that wellness encompasses every aspect of your life, not just exercise - we had many enjoyable discussions about cultivating good habits and I can say with certainty that these few months are the healthiest and most centred I’ve felt in years, and something I strive to maintain as a daily practice. Marian is hands-down the most professional trainer I’ve ever worked with (and there have been a few!), and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for guidance on how to live better in general. The materials he provides (his personal training app, food / smoothie recipes, etc) are all very professional, visually appealing and useful, and I found the weekly calls very helpful in keeping track of progress - indeed, I lost about 4kg and dropped a size down over just 2 months. There are many trainers out there who will just help you look good on the outside, but Marian goes beyond the superficial to make sure you feel good mentally and live a life of deeper meaning (e.g. through meditation and self-awareness), and this will really make a key difference in the quality of your life. He has also shown me that having the holy trinity of sleep, diet and exercise in control will prime you to make better choices in every other area of your life. Whether you are considering working with Marian in-person or virtually (and whatever your fitness goals may be), I say do it - there is a reason why I decided to engage him again even after leaving London, and will definitely consider doing so again in the future if the need arises. ------------------------------------- 2019 REVIEW: I've trained with Marian for 6 months now and am so thankful for him! I fractured my femur last year (was doing a lot of running and heavy cardio), and decided to start focusing on weight training in the gym instead to increase my bone density, get stronger physically and to NOT injure myself again. When I started training with Marian I was at my absolute weakest after being bedridden for ages, but I knew I was in good hands by how professional and knowledgeable he is with his training programs. He helped me regain my confidence in my own strength and in navigating the gym on my own, even without his help. Marian also kept me accountable of my own nutrition and diet, and was full of tips and advice in that regard. I've heard plenty of horror stories as far as trainers go across the gyms in London from friends, but Marian is definitely the real deal! Thanks to him I'm now the strongest and fittest I've ever been. I can't recommend him enough so if you're thinking of starting a training program with him... definitely go for it!

Fantastic experience: In my 'youth' I used to be quite sporty, playing a lot of football, running and keeping active. But after too many hours on planes, in hotels, restaurants and convention centres my general fitness and health had declined. About a year ago I signed up with Marian to put that right. I was not after a quick fix but just looking to increase my fitness, energy levels, strength and flexibility. Marian has helped me immeasurably through a combination of 1-2-1 training programmes, nutrition advice and better lifestyle habits. I feel more mentally alert and fitter than ever. Marian is a great trainer, good fun and motivating. If you need external input to kickstart things or to get a training & nutrition programme back on track I recommend him highly.
Fantastic experience: Marian is one of the best trainers I have ever met. And I am really fussy! The big difference with Marian is that he really listens, is highly knowledgeable and adaptable, and tailors what is needed to suit the client and their lifestyle. As an Executive Coach, I rarely recommend people to my clients. I have no hesitation in recommending Marian to my top clients. They all love him and his work. The other big difference you get with Marian is that he is such a nice, honest, trustworthy person. It is a joy to train with him. He is also able to accommodate different personality types who may need to be worked with gentleness or a firmer hand. He will make your workout work for you. I personally asked Marian to help me rebuild my body after going through a medical procedure. With 20 years of yoga behind me, I was getting easily injured and very tired. Marian worked with me to find the perfect fit of exercises for me and was willing to adapt to fit them to my needs and lifestyle. They stopped me getting injured, helped me be more resilient when I travel and even helped my yoga practice (something I did not think possible). I am deeply grateful to him.

Fantastic experience: My buddy and I have been training with Marian for over two years. In short, Marian is the best trainer that either one of us have ever had (and between the two of us, we have belonged to more than 20 gyms over the years!). Fantastic experience: I met Marian when I first joined Gymbox in Holborn in 2013; I have trained with him as a PT and alongside him in there gym. I recently trained with him as my PT and nutritionist again in 2018. Initially the reason I approached Marian was being he was friendly and welcoming and actually had approached me in the gym. Anyone who has joined a new gym knows the slight intimidation with getting to know your new surroundings, let alone interacting with PT’s and gym staff. Marian is not just a PT. In the time between 2013 and 2018 I’ve watched his brand grow, develop and evolve. He understands knowing mental health is intrinsic to physical health and nutritional quality. His dedication and enthusiasm are key in having people know how to better themselves; with fresh perspectives and tools in their everyday lives and futures beyond his sessions. I feel empowered with better knowledge and attention to detail so I can train wherever I a with confidence. He adapts his workouts, communication skills and attitudes to help clients and most importantly he LISTENS. Fantastic experience: Marian’s attitude and his passion for training the body and the mind is inspiring. I never used to be into fitness at all, but one day I felt I had to do something… I met other trainers, but decided to go with Marian and I have never regretted it. He’s dedicated, good at explaining, good at keeping you motivated and on top of all of this; he really makes it fun to be in the gym! He changes your program frequently and is also interested in external factors’ impact of your progress; such as work, stress, sleep and nutrition. He’s easy going, yet highly professional. Fantastic experience: He takes time to get to know you and changes his training style, depending on how you feel mentally and physically. His training techniques are underpinned by strong clinical evidence, and he is always looking for ways to improve his training style and knowledge by continuous studies and courses, with a positive impact on our training. Additionally, he takes a holistic approach with an emphasis on sufficient rest, appropriate nutrition, and effective breathing. I started training with Marian approximately two years ago with a clear goal, which was to gain lower body strength and mass. My reasons for choosing him were simple; he was approachable, and friendly, and seemed to practice what he preached. Over the last 18 months, I have achieved my goals and much more. Marian has been very knowledgeable, and the training sessions are always very well-programmed. Although the sessions can be hard work, and sometimes challenging, the results have been very good. Additionally, he’s always available for questions, banter, and jokes, so I feel he values me as a client and as a person. You would be hard-pressed to find a better trainer than Marian, and I look forward to further improving, growing, and understanding my body aided by his knowledge and sense of humour.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Marian for 6 months this year, twice a week. Marian has been incredibly professional in helping with issues associated with posture and back pain from sitting at the desk. I I have felt an improvement through the exercises already after the first couple of weeks. And I also feel that the benefit was long-lasting even after gaps in training (both in overall fitness and the back-related issues). Marian is very careful in teaching how to use the machines at the gym properly and safely, so that one can continue training independently. Also, Marian is very genuine, approachable and easy to work with and it was a pleasure to be trained by him! For people with very high goals, but low power of will, I would recommend an intensive course three times a week with Marian for the best results.
