Hello and welcome to UNISON, Cardiff & Vale NHS Health Branch you have now become part of the UK’s largest Trade Union and serve more than 1.3 million plus full and part time members. UNISON represents its members’ interests in consultation and negotiation with the employer and we also support you if you have a problem in your workplace.

They include frontline staff and managers working full or part-time in local authorities, the NHS, colleges and schools, universities, the electricity, gas and water industries, police services, transport and in the voluntary sector.

As well as defending public services and fighting the government’s cuts to public services, our priorities are campaigning for a living wage and regional weighting.
