Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with wholesome fitness for the last three months and I can’t see me training anywhere else now. I’ve done a lot of training previous to joining but the trainers themselves are so informative and helpful and have helped me progress with my goals faster than anywhere else I’ve trained before. There are a good number of different classes on the timetable to take part in. The classes have a supportive and positive atmosphere with everyone encouraging each other. Would highly recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: Joined wholesome fitness purely as panic training exercise before my holiday. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser at adorn studio(plug for Charlotte). anyway I signed up for the 6week back on track course, this was a bespoke course designed for people as an introduction to training or for someone like me who had lost motivation to train, it was my intention to do the 6 week course get beach ready and leave it at that when I got back. I am still a member and will continue to be. I have trained on and off for roughly 30yrs, I’ve used multiple gyms, multiple fitness instructors and self trained. Wish I had found Natalie and her team years ago. I’ve lost 10lb, got definition and strength back in my body and have felt the fittest I’ve been in many years….. all in roughly 12weeks!!. I’ve even taken up running which I’ve always hated with a passion, all due to plenty of encouragement and running tips!!, this is all down to Nat and her team.. But above all I want to mention the main reason why I love going here, all the members were really welcoming and support you no matter what your fitness level is, and unlike many a gym or studio I’ve been to in the past there is no gym egos or gym clicks…… which is refreshing to say the least!!. If you want the personal touch with a family feel and above all to look forward to going to the gym with something new every session. Give em a try.

Fantastic experience: The Wholesome team are fantastic; they take the time to support you with your individual goals and always go that extra mile. The flexibility of the time table means I can attend sessions that work for me. All the coaches bring their individual style to sessions but take the time to get to know you so they can support with any injuries, or push you when needed.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Wholesome Fitness are great, I’ve done bootcamps, the 6 week reset and now do SGPT and it has all been brilliant. Everyone is so helpful and happy to advise on any aspect of fitness that you want to work on. The sessions are really varied and it is a really great atmosphere to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Wholesome Fitness. Natalie and Justin are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, motivational and welcoming. You couldn’t feel more at ease and they go out of their way to help with any fitness goals while working around any injuries you may have. The members are friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect. In the middle of a beautiful park with coffee right next door. Best move I made was to join up, I have definitely increased strength and fitness while feeling way more motivated.

Fantastic experience: I joined Wholesome in November 2024 after my previous gym closed. Since joining I've found community, encouragement, teamwork, challenge and celebration of every win, in and out of the gym. The trainers and teachers are first class. Knowledgeable, passionate and totally invested in your fitness and well being. The gym is located in beautiful Beechwood Park so not only are you surrounded by a wonderful crew of people, you get to train with stunning views, no matter the season. My own strength and fitness has reached new heights since joining and I feel there is no limit to what I can achieve being part of the Wholesome family.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Wholesome Fitness! From the moment I joined, the atmosphere was warm, supportive, and genuinely caring. The trainers take the time to understand your goals and really invest in your success. I recently set a goal to get HYROX ready, and in just 4 weeks, the team helped me achieve it. They crafted a personalised training plan that pushed me to my limits but always with encouragement and positivity. I felt supported every step of the way, and thanks to their expertise, I felt ready for the competition in a very short period of time. If you're looking for a gym that's not just about working out but about building confidence, reaching your full potential and making some fantastic friends along the way, Wholesome Fitness is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Nat and her team for many years. Yoga, boot camps, PT, small group Pt. Ect. I absolutely love training with these guys, and the teams of people I've met. Everyone is positive, encouraging and motivating. Nat and her team take everything into consideration. You're treated as an individual and no matter what your fitness level, the exercise is adapted for you. Also your mental health & wellbeing is a major factor. I have an injury and every time I train wether with Justin or Nat they give me specific moves to help and always follow up in the week to see how my injury is, and what they can do to help. This isn't a big gym with large classes one size fits all, this is a small gym with wellbeing of each of us being top priority. I would encourage anyone to come along and try the sessions. It will change your whole mentality & positively which helps in every day life. I've met some great people I now call friends. It's helped with the menapause and my lack of confidence and energy. These guys are so knowledgeable and I can't thank them enough for making me feel so much better .

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Wholesome Fitness since December 2023 and from the start I've felt part of a lovely caring community. Everybody is so friendly and supportive. My fitness levels were scarily bad but that didn't matter, there's always an alternative exercise to match your ability. Yes it's hard work, but the chat and giggles make you look forward to each class. The team are awesome and offer so many different classes. They mix things up each week so you never get bored. This place is small but mighty and I can't recommend it enough!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Wholesome fitness. Feeling very unfit, from self neglect, comfort eating... last year, I attended one of the beautiful yoga classes, slowly trying out others from the range of different yoga and pilates classes. Within a couple of months, I then felt brave enough to try a 6 week gym, small group training. Nat is incredibly supportive. Beyond words. A non judgemental environment is created, fully supportive to the individual's level of fitness. ( or in my case, lack of fitness) A highly skilled small team, boasting strengths offering both beautiful and challenging yoga, pilates, individual , small and larger group gym sessions, box fit, running groups... and more... all from the stunning Beechwood park location. It really is a personal, welcoming, hugely friendly start for those a little doubtful but wanting to take a first step into making time for personal wellbeing and fitness, or for those seeking immensly highly challenging classes if looking for new and higher levels of fitness activities. I highly recommend and feel incredibly grateful to have this on my doorstep in the Newport area of Beechwood.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend wholesome enough, best thing I did was sign up to a 6 week shred challenge and stay on as a member. fantastic classes, the trainers are wonderful and on hand to help you with your goals. It’s helped me gain Confidence back in myself and fitness abilities and it’s also a lovely community to be part of and made some lovely friends. It’s also in the nicest park in Newport and you get a beautiful view from the gym!

Fantastic experience: Nat and her team are amazing. Really care for your individual goals. She’s always got time for you. Every session they plan is different and exciting.. the people who attend the classes are kind and encouraging… always good vibes!! You will feel part of the team straight away. The group helps you physically and mentally. Such a great community to be part of. Couldn’t recommend enough… I’ve tried so many different gym memberships and this one is perfect in every way and makes me feel happy and confident. I actually look forward to my workout!

Fantastic experience: Knowledge, care, community, progress and fun is what you get with Wholesome Fitness! It is the best gym I've ever joined! I've taken part in bootcamps, classes, group personal training, group trips and adventures away over the last few years. I've loved it all and have made some great friends and memories, whilst keeping fit! It is especially wonderful in the summer months doing classes in the beautiful Beechwood Park! Nat and the team are the nicest people you could meet and make everyone feel welcome! It is a pleasure to see them every week!

The coaching team really care, they go above and beyond to help you push beyond your own expectations and limits in a way that is encouraging and safe. There's nowhere quite like it
Fantastic experience: This isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. The gym is a lovely space, set in the grounds of Beachwood Park. The classes and PT sessions are excellent and the team are so knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. However, what makes this gym really special is the care and dedication of Nat and the team and the community they have built. There is one to one guidance on fitness and nutrition, tips on building health and wellbeing into your daily life, challenges and programmes to keep you on track and motivated, social activities and more. You’ll definitely get fit at this gym, but you’ll also have a cracking laugh and make friends at the same time. Can’t recommend enough!!
Fantastic experience: Nat and her team at Wholesome Fitness are simply the best! Whatever your goal is - to lose weight, to gain strength, to increase your cardio fitness or just to have a great time, they will be able to help. The breadth of experience they have means they are available to create workouts and programs which are suitable for everyone, no matter what your stage of life or fitness level. The studio is based in Beechwood Park, which means you are working out while surrounded by the beauty of nature (and the park's cafe is on hand for great coffee and cake afterwards!) I've been a client and friend of Nat's for about 8 years now, and I feel lucky to be part of the amazing community she has built up. You will not regret giving Wholesome Fitness a try!
