Fantastic experience: Going to the Gym has never been on my radar but after being referred by a friend, I gave it a go and couldn't be more surprised at how well I'm doing. Everyone is so friendly and I love the personal care that we get. All exercises are bespoke to my needs and I love that. There's no intimidation or competitiveness here at all. It's so much more than a Gym!

Fantastic experience: I hesitated for such a long time before I finally plucked up the courage to called Gymophobics. I felt uncomfortable with my weight and lack of exercise. I really wanted to do something to make myself feel better but I hated the thought of joining a conventional gym. I'm into my third week now and I'm loving it. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. Making that call was the best decision I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: The whole experience from walking in to find out about the gym, to then having the induction was just great. The staff are brilliant, Victoria is hilarious and great fun. They go over and above to make you feel so welcome and they are extemly thorough in explaining how eqiupment works, to seeing ewhat you want to achive from it. would 100% recommend this Gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym, you are always made to feel welcome and like one of the family. I had a few months where I couldn't make it for one reason or another and I have just come back, It's like I never stopped with the warm welcome back I received. I can't recommend them enough it's like having a pt, your work out is personal to you and the staff and always assertive and there if you need anything. Best decision I made joining, Thank you

Fantastic experience: I didn’t think I would ever say that I was Member of a Gym let alone say I enjoy a gym but since I joined Gymophobics, I have enjoyed every time I attend which I try to do most days the team are fantastic supportive caring patient. I cannot rate them any highly if you feel low, they pick you up and if you’re feeling high, they celebrate with you, amazing team❤️

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for all of ten days and am delighted to have joined Gymophobics. None of the equiptment is out-dated or dirty (something I see in other places) and the gym is has always been spotless when I have been in. The staff are most considerate to my cultural needs and have happily recommended this place to my friends too.

Fantastic experience: I joined on the recommendation of a friend, and i havent looked back since. The venue is close to work and home and the ladies who attend are so friendly. The results I have achieved in just 6 months has motivated me to continue and I highly recommend Gymophobics to all my friends

Fantastic experience: I joined Gymophobics, Wigston a year ago with the idea that I wanted to improve my muscle strength. One year on I have certainly managed to achieve that and more. The ladies only gym has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the 30 minute circuit means that you can easily fit a workout into your day. You have a personalised programme which is reviewed regularly to ensure you are getting the best from your membership. I would thoroughly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Staff and members so welcoming and supportive! I’ve only been a member since the beginning of January and joined to help manage my diabetes through exercise. Love that there is a 30 minute plan reviewed regularly to help you achieve your goals and there is always someone to chat to if you have any concerns and there is a real sense that the team care about you. Would highly recommend! Real community atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: This gym has been life changing for me! From day 1, I've had great advice and support from all the staff, who are very friendly and really strive to help you achieve great results. On top of this I've also made so many friends there, everyone is friendly. I've seen it help people with breathing difficulties, mobility issues, low confidence as well as lose weight and inches! If you're unsure, come in and have a look, it might just be the best decision you will ever make!

Fantastic experience: I was the 2nd member to join Gymophobics Wigston on opening day and within the 1st month I had joined the team as a volunteer trainers assistance. I would have never in a thousand years I go to a gym and love it but I do. I enjoy the days I work plus my daily workouts sessions I also go to Saturday boot camp when it's running. I love seeing my results in fitness levels and weight loss. I still have a long way to go , but know with the support of the staff and fellow members I will succeed. It's deffently the place for ladies of any age to go, to workout in a friendly safe environment.
