Fantastic experience: Training at Peak PT Studio is honestly the highlight of my week! Whether it’s my 1:1 sessions with Josh on Fridays or the small group sessions the vibe is always the same — fun, motivating, and full of energy. The atmosphere is amazing — friendly faces, great music, and the best team of coaches. My programme is tailored to me, so I’m always being challenged but in the best way — I can see the progress week after week. If you want a place where hard work meets fun, this is it. Can’t recommend Peak PT Studio enough — you’ll get results and look forward to every session!

Fantastic experience: Excellent team! Josh, Rich and David are really friendly and make you feel part of the team. The group sessions work really well for me and they always push me to do work harder. There's always a great mix of ages and fitness levels, and noone makes you feel bad for not being able to do as much. Would definitely recommend joining!
Fantastic experience: Peak has been great at easing me into my fitness journey by giving clear direction, support and praise. As someone who has started with zero gym experience, I really value having a safe space with Rich, David and Josh to learn and develop my strength and ability. I would totally recommend to anyone at any stage of fitness!
Fantastic experience: I have been doing weekly sessions at Peak for 10 months now, and I have improved so much from these sessions. Other gyms make me feel very anxious, but I feel more relaxed at Peak and always leave feeling tired but mentally better. The sessions are flexible, and adapted based on preference or tiredness levels. I am grateful to those at Peak for their patience, kindness and ability to make me enjoy working out.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Josh for the past decade and can't recommend enough. Josh, Rich, and David are all fantastic trainers who really lean into the reason behind the exercises too. It's interesting learning that alongside getting fitter! Josh was awesome through the lockdown: with his guidance, I was able to keep up my routine and come out the other side OK! The group classes are a riot as well, having a good laugh with a good community makes it easier to put in the work. Definitely check them out!
Fantastic experience: I first started using PeakPT in December after being out of any meaningful activity due to a few injuries for almost 2 years. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly, the way they deliver training and manage to tailor everything to your level and your restrictions is excellent. personally feel that I am able to make progress without the worry of aggravating old injuries which differentiates going here vs any other method. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend the guys at peak enough! The group classes are always a laugh and are a great way to start your fitness journey as it’s less intimidating compared to a conventional gym when starting out. The PT’s are knowledgable and accommodate exercises to personal needs based on ability/injuries.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Peak now for around 2 years now and have loved every min of it. Not only have I changed physically but it has been so good for me mentally also. The lads are great trainers (and therapists haha) and there’s always a great atmosphere in the studio. I’ve made such great friends at group and you can always count on there being a furry friend there too. We are a little family and I love it ❤️
Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been members of Peak Studio for two years now, and it's been a game-changer compared to the standard gym scene we've dabbled in before. From struggling with simple rope swings over water to nailing weighted chin-ups and gearing up for the Hyrox competition, it's been quite the journey! Shoutout to Head Coach Tilley (yep, she's the real MVP, in four legged form!) for her top-notch programming and motivation. Rich, David, and Josh also deserve a nod for their guidance and pushing us to reach new heights.
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the guys enough at Peak, they are always welcoming and strive to push and assist you in every way in achieving your own personal goals. They often have additional fun events planned, where everyone can get together outside of the usual training environment.

Fantastic experience: Josh, Rich and David are all fantastic! Brilliant 1-1 and group Personal Training sessions, real care and attention put into every plan and session. I’ve been training with them for over 6 years and I would recommend Peak to anyone who feels daunted by commercial gyms. Peak offers a far more personal touch to exercise and they make the experience warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I first started PT and small group sessions at Peak in September 2021, and it remains to this day one of the best decisions I've ever made. From my first meeting with Josh, where he spoke to me about what I wanted to achieve, he (and Rich and David) have been exceptionally encouraging and good humoured. Having met with several PTs elsewhere previously, this is the first place I've felt like they truly care about your progress and wellbeing as an individual, rather than just a customer. There is also a really lovely community at Peak, and the three PTs organise regular socials where many of us get together - it's always lovely to see newcomers there. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey - and I was almost a complete beginner - Josh, Rich and David will make sure that the exercises are appropriately tailored. I've seen much fitter people than me still being put through their paces! Progress takes time, and whilst I still have some way to go to achieve my goals, I cannot overstate the benefits I've felt since joining. I've not just seen improvements in my fitness, but it's made a huge impact on my mental wellbeing as well. My sessions at Peak are a real highlight to my week; I never thought I would enjoy exercise as much as I do now!

Fantastic experience: I started the Peak journey in August 2022 and never looked back. Josh has been my main pt but have also trained with both Rich and David. It’s a friendly studio with a mix of levels and mix of classes from 1-2-1 to group classes. I am really enjoying every week and do not find it a chore. They have helped me focus and be consistent, remembering that it takes time to see results. I have no doubt these guys will keep me in check and in top condition for Hyrox in the near future. Cheers guys p.s they have a podcast too!!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Peak Studio, Josh is a brilliant instructor and very easy to get on with. The programs are well structured and he takes your aims and goals into account and will also give you home workouts to do to compliment your studio ones.
Fantastic experience: Members of RunVerity have been working with Rich at Peak PT for the last 6 weeks and we are all so pleased with the results. Having these Strength and Conditioning sessions has complimented all of our running and has helped us improved. Each weekly session has been designed so we progress at our level and ability, no DOMS, just strength and endurance. Oh and we have lots of fun as well. I, personally cannot recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Had PT with Rich for 8 weeks now and couldn’t be happier. He’s been really consistent and helpful during a really inconsistent and uncertain period for the world! From weekly check ins, to him sending videos of how your form should look all the way through to just being there for a chat and motivation. The weekly sessions at their studio were a massive help as well and a good laugh! If you’re looking for a PT then look no further! I’ve been trying to build/gain muscle and because of the programme and diet that Rich gave me I’ve never weighed more/been happier with the way that I look! Thank you so much Rich you’re an absolute hero (and a bit of a nutter doing 100km bike rides for fun)
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rich for 3.5 years now and really feel he has come on board with my whole fitness journey. Working with him in different capacities from in person PT sessions, group sessions and now more online he provides me with structure and focus to support my goals. Josh and Rich make an inspiring team and I would not hesitate to recommend either of them.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Peak Studios for over a year now and the progress that I have made, not only in terms of weight loss, but fitness level, strength and mobility is amazing. Rich & Josh are extremely knowledgable and it is a very friendly environment and being self conscious at the very start I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to worry. A really fun studio with a lot of hard work but also a lot of laughs. Would thoroughly recommend Peak Studios if you’re not a fan of run of the mill gyms!
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed working with Josh who took the time to listen to my concerns, physical constraints and expectations and then put a plan in place. Due to Covid the majority of the sessions were zoom, which worked really well. Josh was quick to change direction when exercises did not work me for and supported me with nutrition and other aspects of well being. Would recommend both Josh and Rich to support anyone with thier fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Always good and professional service. Even in tough times, the guys have reacted and set the gym out in a safe and secure manner. When the gym is closed they think on their feet and come up with great training ideas outside.
Fantastic experience: Josh and Rich at PEK are excellent, my wife, son and me all train with the guys weekly and each of us have our own tailored programmes based on what each of us want to achieve. Functional strength training gives you such a varied platform of training it never gets too repetitive or boring and each session provides a different challenge. I started training with Josh just over 3.5 years ago after donating a kidney to my wife. Josh was great at building me back up from zero core strength and enabling me to train through my recovery making me stronger quicker and safer than trying to do it by myself. If you want to make a difference in your life but, don’t want to go to or aren’t comfortable with big gyms or don’t know the first place to start a routine... then try PEK Studio with Josh and Rich.. you’ll not regret it..! Great safe, fun environment to train, highly recommended..
Fantastic experience: Been training with Josh for years now, we have built a quality relationship over the years and have come a long way with my progress and are still climbing. He has helped me complete goals in my sporting career to get me where I have got to so far. I'm very grateful for all his hard work and dedication I very much recommend him.
Fantastic experience: Josh and Rich are incredibly passionate about what they do, wanting excellent quality personal training to be accessible and taking a holistic view to health and fitness. They are both so personable and fun and I love my sessions there. Fantastic experience: I've worked with Josh for a couple of years now and he does a great job of keeping me on the straight and narrow with constantly evolving goals and a varied plan. We have worked in the studio, outdoors and via video calls and his professionalism, commitment and motivation are constant throughout. With his help I have reversed the effects of a sedentary job and a poorly managed diet and I am now as fit as I was fifteen years ago (and with a much stronger core). Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Josh at Peak for about 5 months now and whilst I’ve always considered myself to be reasonably fit, I’ve not been making the “progress” that I’ve wanted to and this is something Josh has helped me to achieve. Josh / Peak operate a different approach to other PTs and gyms, that optimise your training whilst making it fun and enjoyable to help you achieve better, more sustainable results and faster. I feel like I have the support and guidance I need to ultimately get myself competing in triathlons (my longer term goal) both during my weekly sessions and outside of our meets. Having been a gym and PT “hopper”, I feel like I’ve met my match with Peak. Would highly recommend.
