Fantastic experience: Best decision I’ve made, my experience with Tom has been a total game changer. I originally wanted to just get more toned, but with Toms help, I was able to achieve far more than I thought possible. I lost 13kg in just 3 months and significantly decreased my body fat percentage. The first month with Tom was focused on identifying my bad habits and then Tom created a tailored approach for me, which made it so much easier to stick to my new goals. Before working with Tom, I had zero motivation. Tom not only gave me the tools with his purpose built studio and body scanning (which was very motivating seeing the change occurring each scan) but also the support I needed to stick to my diet and exercise plan. This led to incredible results, and I am the leanest I’ve ever been. My initial goal of just toning up quickly changed to getting below 20% body fat, which we smashed scanning in at well below 20%. I'm so pleased with my progress and I know that with my new maintenance plan, I can continue to see great results.
Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Tom. When I first started his sessions I was low in confidence and frustrated after breaking my leg the year before. My posture was awful and my balance was all over the place. I had the goal of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and Tom created a bespoke plan focusing on building leg strength and improving core and posture. I completed my challenge with no knee or leg issues at all, thanks to Tom’s training plan and advice. With his help I have improved my posture, balance and I am now so confident in my leg strength I have signed up for a marathon! Tom listens carefully and adapts sessions and exercises to suit you, he also has a keen eye for spotting when your form is going and makes sure you complete the exercises as effectively as possible. The gym space he uses is well maintained and having the option of body scans and an app to use alongside the sessions was brilliant. I would like to thank Tom for the excellent support he has given me in meeting my exercise goals as a busy working mum.
Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to have found Tom. I've been working with him since August 2024 in prep for my wedding and have so far lost 8kg/over a stone. Fantastic experience: As someone who hadn’t ‘exercised’ in a very long time I was anxious about embarking on any kind of program. However I realised I needed some accountability & hopefully someone who would encourage me to strive for my best. From the outset Tom listened & adapted to create a personal regime that challenged. Fantastic experience: Meeting Tom was a game changer for me. Tom designed a training and nutrition plan which helped me progress significantly despite my busy schedule at work and multiple social commitments every week, resulting in a weight loss of 9kg over just 5 months, with most of it being fat. Fantastic experience: Tom has done a fantastic job over the past 12 months helping me regain lost mobility and lose 5% of excess body mass (and accelerating). As a 61 year old doing little exercise due to chronic problems with my back, he enabled me get active again. Tom's a very patient instructor, which makes it easy to learn exercises, and keeps improving and varying the routines, to avoid things becoming monotonous and ensure I get the best out of our sessions. His balance of encouragement to push my fitness levels, while understanding I'm no super human has been just right, motivating; without nagging, pushing, or judgement. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to get their body to where they want it to be. Fantastic experience: 5 months ago, I enrolled Tom as my personal trainer after coming to the conclusion that I was very unfit but did not have the motivation to exercise on my own regularly. Since then, with the weekly training sessions and personalised exercises in between, I have noticeably become stronger, leaner, have more energy and great sleep too. I was also very pleased to see that my waist measurement reduced by 6cm in 5 months! Tom is an excellent and highly experienced trainer, with a very friendly and inspiring approach. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Tom for some time now and I have seen real results. I have really appreciated the care and attention to detail he takes with regard to tailoring the exercises we do to my develop, really helping me improve my technique and giving me advice on lifestyle aspects like diet outside of our sessions. Fantastic experience: I have being working on my health and fitness with Tom for a few months now, and am delighted I have made this investment. We exercise mostly in my garden, which is very convenient for me and means I can’t duck out at the last minute (!) Tom is very polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable about all things related to fitness, including helping me through periods of low motivation. He’s easy to chat to whilst I exercise which makes the time pass quickly and I look forward to our sessions. I have achieved good weight loss and improved fitness as a result of these sessions. Tom varies the exercises I do as my fitness improves, and he gives me ‘homework’ to do in between sessions, which we keep track of via an app. I thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a way to improve their fitness to give Tom a go. It’s money well spent and good fun too. UPDATE MARCH 2022 - I have now started coming to Tom’s gym which is a great place to exercise, lots of equipment and provides more options on exercise to keep me motivated.

We have fun. Tom is also well organised - always on time and no diary mix ups. I recommend Tom highly, a very nice young man.
Fantastic experience: Tom has helped me gain my core strength and confidence back after having my 3rd birth and subsequent c-section. He makes you feel at ease during workouts, yet still pushes you to hit goals, in a friendly way, I didn’t want a drill sergeant and Tom is definitely not that. Every session has been tailored to my needs and limitations whilst still providing a challenging workout. I would definitely recommend Tom.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Tom for 8 weeks. Tom approach me following posting an ad online for a PT. Tom had clearly gone through my ad properly and was genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goal. We had a call and an in person assessment and I was impressed again with Tom’s attention to tailoring his approach to me as an individual and my goals. During sessions Tom has always attended with a positive and balanced motivational manner. He reads my mood/performance very well, he knows when to punch me a little harder to get the best out of me and put the brakes on a little. Tom shows fantastic knowledge. Fantastic experience: Tom has been brilliant at taking my lethargic lockdown body and improving my fitness noticeably within only a couple of months. Fantastic experience: I’m now 65, and first met Tom Daniel 3 years ago at the Solent University Gym. A 12 week program for older recovering patients. Tom put me at ease and asked “what did I want to achieve “ . He put a plan together to ‘stretch’ me but not ‘brake’ me. He constantly assessed and re-assessed and adjusted my journey. I would be have seen him again but for Covid. Tom showed his carding side, he sent some basic exercise sheets, to keep me ticking over. Toms a powerhouse of a young man who really cares for his clients and what’s good for them.

Fantastic experience: Despite being pretty fit for my age, I recently ended up bedridden with a lower back ligament injury. After my NHS physio showed me tailored lower back exercises to add mobility and strength, I looked into getting a personal trainer. After an assessment, Tom knew the areas of the body that needed the most work – hamstring and hip suppleness, as well as core strength – which were lacking in spite of jogging, bench presses in the gym and playing tennis. Tom was always positive and encouraging, correcting my form during exercises without being a military sergeant. Tom demonstrated some exercises that looked easy, but I collapsed after 3 reps without a dumbbell in sight! However, over the weeks and with Tom’s tailored progressions, I got stronger and stronger and my back twinges became a distant memory. When I forgot the exercises from our sessions, the app Tom uses showed in detail how to do them for my repeated sessions on my own. I would highly recommend Tom as a PT for his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Tom 6 weeks ago. He tailored my PT sessions to focus on any weak areas I wanted to improve on and adapted my training sessions where necessary.
