Fantastic experience: Been training with Paris for twelve weeks and have seen a lot of improvement, health and well being. Will be booking another twelve weeks for sure .

Fantastic experience: I wanted to join the gym for quite a while but before going independently i decided to sign up with a PT. I have just finished training with Paris and she is absolutely amazing. Along with the amazing programme, she set up for me, she was also extremely sweet and motivating. After the programme i feel so much closer to my goals already! I am very lucky to have had such a great PT like Paris.

Fantastic experience: After gaining the dreaded lockdown weight I wanted to make a conscious effort to increase my exercise knowledge & learn healthy eating habits. I signed up for 12 sessions with Paris in my return to the gym. Paris coached me through the 12 sessions, introducing me to strength training exercises, toning exercises & a healthy eating recipe plan. I noticed the difference after a couple of weeks; clothes feeling looser, a new confidence in myself, higher energy levels & the ability to challenge myself with new exercises in the gym. Paris is a true professional, who invests fully in helping her clients develop a better & healthier self. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her & am looking forward to seeing more progress during the next 12 sessions.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from chronic knee tendon damage and 11months off from the gym I spoke to Paris about some correctional sports therapy, Paris explained how the process would work and explained her background. I started a 4 week course of 3 sessions a week and is absolutely the best decision I have ever made, Paris is so knowledgable and passionate about her work and could tailor a program for any individual and their injury. The progress I have made in 4 weeks has blown me away. I honestly thought lower body exercises were over but Paris convinced me to trust the process and I am not fully recovered but I am now living mostly pain free as compared to when I started my journey. I have now finished my original 4 week program and decided to continue working with Paris because I believe that Paris has the knowledge to push me further than I believe I can reach. Paris is an absolute joy to have as a P.T. Who pushes you but always ask for them last 1 or 2 reps with a smile, I am so pleased I started the program and can not thank Paris enough.
