Fantastic experience: I have been training with Ryan for just over 2 months. In this time my strength, overall fitness and wellbeing has improved greatly and I feel so much more confident and empowered. Ryan is encouraging, patient and motivating. His knowledge and passion for fitness is inspiring. Ryan will take the time to understand your goals and motivations and will develop a tailored fitness plan to meet these goals. I love the variation of exercises and sets and keeping track of my progress.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing sessions with Ryan for four months and am noticing a real difference in strength and flexibility. I feel less stiff and long-standing aches and pains have eased a lot. Ryan’s designed the sessions specifically to meet my needs and is really friendly, easy going and non-judgemental. There’s been such an improvement I’ve cancelled private physio - that says a lot!
Fantastic experience: When I started with Ryan my knee pains made me aware of every step I took - and as I have dogs my daily dog walks were becoming a chore rather than a pleasure. My back and hip also gave constant pain. Since starting with Ryan he has quite simply worked magic! I can walk solidly for 1-2 hours without even considering my knees. My hip no longer gives me pain at night. My back has strengthened hugely - I can now lug around bags of compost that were previously defeating me. He is motivating, Non-judgemental, works to your abilities - but pushes just hard enough for you to want to keep trying and moving forward. Most of all I enjoy going for my sessions. Even on dull, wet, days when my motivation is low I leave feeling energised and positive again. Thank you Ryan!!
Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing time... although very short, I spent 3 months working with Ryan to find my confidence and assess my abilities, I can say at the end of these 3 months I am happy to say I love working out and have a consistent routine and a new self belief. Thank you Ryan I couldn't of found the path without you.. i would 110%recommend and if I ever need direction again i wouldn't hesitate

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Ryan since December and while I was initially apprehensive about 1 on 1 personal training, especially not being particularly fit or exercise focussed at the time, I have been really enjoying the sessions. Ryan is extremely personable and encouraging. He maintains motivation by ensuring I am challenged enough but within my individual strength and capability. He is intuitive to my performance in each session and will tailor the exercise or weight as we go. Ryan records and celebrates every PB and I feel stronger each week. As someone who has never stuck to the gym or any other plan, I would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is a great personal trainer - since starting with Ryan I have gained so much more confidence and made huge progress - Ryan does a great job of making every session count and making me push myself to achieve my goals and I would highly recommend him as a trainer!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Ryan for over a month now and it’s been great, he motivates me during the sessions and is helping me make great progress. The sessions are tailored to my specific wants e.g improve posture, I can’t recommend Ryan enough, as someone who previously did no exercise I now thoroughly enjoy it.
