Negative experience: I've sent more emails then I can remember over a few years asking for some more information on this place, I've never gotten a reply.

Fantastic experience: Josh has helped me build so much confidence in myself to set goals and smash them! I couldn't be more happier for him and his new venture, he is such a passionate personal trainer and generally wants his clients to achieve there targets and be where they want too be. I have been smashing his boot camps the past few weeks there amazing really makes you work hard! One of the best things about being part of the selected team are we are like a family, everyone knows everyone we do fun days, meals, end of year night outs! We all get on so well and are such a team! I would recommend Selected fitness, I have been training for two years now and it is amazing how mentally and physically well I feel. Get involved !!

Fantastic experience: Josh is so professional and hard working, he is very motivating and inspires to achieve goals. The gym is very unique and offers a personal touch of luxury you don’t get with PT’s in commercial gyms!
