Fantastic experience: This was my first time doing pole fitness and my instructor Juanita was amazing! She was patient with me, broke down the movements for me until I felt confident to try them and was the best hype girl when I (almost) nailed them! I felt empowered and confident in my own skin. I look forward to going every Sunday now!
