Fantastic experience: The circuit/bootcamp classes run by North London Fitness are excellent! I've been coming twice a week for 2 years and really hate to miss a session. The group is really sociable and the exercise is really fun. I've met incredible people and would recommend the classes to anyone who wants to exercise outdoors. Remember - it's for all abilities so don't worry if you are not a fitness fanatic - just come along with a sense of humour and a bit of energy and before long you'll be coming 2 or 3 times a week like the rest of us!
