Fantastic experience: I returned after a year off and absolutely loved it. No pressure, same encouragement and energy from everyone there, it’s a fabulous class with a wonderful bunch of women AND I was aching all over the next day after all the punching ❤️ a super workout!!!

Fantastic experience: We have been with Reboot PT for over 4 years now and being couch potatoes, it has helped a lot having Rachel motivating us and keeping us interested in fitness and reaching goals. We have also done some of the classes and there is a very nice and welcoming group of people. Rachel makes exercise fun and tailored to you but she will make sure you sweat and push yourself! Despite me cursing her a lot during sessions we really apretiate how much she cares about people and their fitness. You couldn't find a better person to train with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rachel and Kristine's classes for 2 years now. It's so much more than an exercise group - I've made some great friends, which really helps get you out the house to class on those days where you really would rather go to bed than hit the gym! They are amazing at helping those who need adjustments in order to join in the class, and are really passionate about making exercise classes accessible to everyone (not just those who are already super fit!). I'd really recommend trying out some of their classes, whether you're an experienced class goer or new to fitness.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my first 10 personal training sessions with Rachel, and I highly recommend! The sessions were conveniently scheduled to fit into my busy schedule, and for the first time, I genuinely looked forward to exercising. Each session includes a warm-up, followed by a combination of boxing and weight training. Although I had never boxed before, Rachel was incredibly patient, emphasizing technique, which has made a significant difference. Learning new skills during the sessions has kept me engaged and helped me avoid constantly watching the clock! These sessions have not only improved my relationship with fitness but have also encouraged me to prioritise my well-being. I’ve been dealing with some lower back pain, and Rachel carefully tailored the training to ensure it was safe and focused on building core strength. I've just booked my next 10 sessions and am excited to continue this journey. I also plan to try out some of her group classes soon. A big thank you to Rachel!

Fantastic experience: I met Rachel during lockdown when I did some classes with her locally . Retuning to her classes earlier this year . She is so helpful and motivates everyone to get fitter . Tailoring exercises to meet needs. She is very knowledgeable and has a way of getting the best out of you . I already feel fitter and stronger The Zoom classes suit my lifestyle & you can catch up on demand to any you miss . Perfect for me . The group is very friendly and welcoming too Exercises are easy to follow She makes exercising more fun I have tried lots of different classes this is one of the best

Fantastic experience: I started the kettlebell class with Rachel in December of last year, and I love it! I’ve seen a lot progression in just a few months, and feel much fitter. It’s a great class with a really lovely regular group who attend. Would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my sessions with Rachel. We do boxing which is great even if I am very uncoordinated at times. Rachel is a great teacher and I've definitely improved. I've also started doing the heavier weightlifting which is brilliant and I'm lifting more and more. I've never been able to exercise consistently cos I get bored but I've been with Rachel for 18 months and still really enjoy it.

Fantastic experience: Rachael and her sessions have something for all. I attend the strength session on Monday evenings. It is testing, progressive and suitable for all. It suits my need to be active without the need for a PT. Rachael is friendly and engaging would recommend you take a look at her session options.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Rachel since before the lockdowns. She not only has great classes but she's also created a supportive community of people who like to exercise and have fun. No matter your present level of fitness Rachel's classes are very welcoming and inclusive. Personal training is good fun too. Lots of sweating and chatting.

Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled to find a PT who is on my wavelength… my wavelength being a middle aged woman, peri menopausal, exercise resistant… Somehow Rachel is perfect for me The perfect mix of empathy, encouragement, learning new things, actually getting me to exercise (!) and a fair few giggles to boot. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rachel's class and having PT sessions for around six months. One of the standout qualities of Rachel is her ability to motivate and inspire. She creates a positive and encouraging environment, pushing me to give my best in every session. I always leave feeling energised Since working with Rachel I've seen noticeable improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. (and she is quite funny!)

Fantastic experience: Rachel has such a lovely way of making you feel at your ease if you're a beginner like me. Her kettlebell and boxercise classes are fantastic, and she takes time to watch every single one of us to ensure we're doing the technique correctly and not struggling with an exercise. She's also a lot of fun, making the classes something to look forward to every week. She's become a great friend and support, along with the rest of the wonderful Reboot community. Fantastic experience: Rachel is such a great teacher. I have had PT sessions over the last year aswell as classes. The professionalism of Rachel is second to none, she manages to make all classes fun and the time goes so quickly . Fantastic experience: I've been attending Rachel's classes on and off for the last 4 years. During lock down her zoom classes were invaluable, she taught me how to enjoy exercise and not just focus on the weight loss. She encourages you and pushes you to do your best, even if it is just small steps which it is mainly for me. She has a variety of classes and always accommodates no matter what your level is. I attend when I can and always feel better afterwards, just wish I could commit more regularly. Thanks Rachel, wouldn't choose anyone else x

Fantastic experience: Rachel is a marvellous teacher - kind, patient, funny, enthusiastic and happy to make adaptations to suit her clients. I have been attending her Zoom classes for nearly three years now, and she has helped keep me mobile through lockdown and beyond, when sometimes my arthritis threatened to stop me doing anything at all. I can't recommend her highly enough.
you are an inspiration yourself, many people who suffer with arthritis use it to NOT do anything, which as you understand more that most, is the worst thing to do. I admire your determination even when you have a bad flair up, still do something and just adapt.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rachel individually and in her classes for over 3 years and could not ask for anyone better. She is supportive and patient, but motivating where needed. She understands our individual needs and personalities. We have fun but also work hard. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of joining her classes or as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is an amazing teacher and very patient. Thanks to her training, my confidence has grown along with my ability and fitness. It’s fantastic to have a trainer who is also very aware of how debilitating poor mental health can be at times. She has been encouraging when I have struggled and has even been able to find ways to include me in training at times when I thought I was limited and wouldn’t be able to join in. I would thoroughly recommend Rachel.
