Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Ed for nearly two years and he has been absolutely brilliant. His adaptable and supportive approach means each session is curated for what my body needs. Fantastic experience: I had 10 sessions with Ed to help with long term lower back pain. Each session was structured well, introducing me to the specific exercises to strengthen my back. I really liked that no two sessions were the same which kept me motivated. I was also able to see and chart my progression over the weeks through increased weight and reps. I now have enough confidence to take this knowledge into the gym myself and I look forward to my continued progress over the coming months. Ed is a fantastic PT. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ed, helped and supported me through my meniscus tear in my knee. He diagnosed the issue instantly (when my doctors Physio had failed) and created a plan to help me go from pain at every step to be able to play four rounds of golf weekly. He was very encouraging and gradually helped me with the recovery with effective but challenging exercises. He continually pushed me and ensured that the knee continuously got better and never regressed. The exercises were varied so that made it fun and interesting. I wouldn't have been able to recover without his help and support. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ed and am forever grateful for his help and support.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Ed for over a year now with the brief being to improve my overall strength and fitness for golf (and life!). He has been very thorough, with regular testing to check progress and build the next part of our plan. I’m fitter and stronger than I have been for years, and benefitted from Ed’s expert advice when recovering from a knee surgery along the way.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Ed for about 18 months and am really enjoying it. He has a unique ability to blend PT with Physio. This has meant I’ve got fitter and stronger, whilst also corrected longstanding problems like persistent knee pain, flat arches and back pain. He makes every session interesting (dare I even say fun!!) and has some amazing bits of diagnostic equipment to help you assess performance. Would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Ed after I broke my hip in 2023. Initially, we worked together to successfully rehabilitate my lower body, working on strength, mobility and balance. My recovery went very well and we quickly moved onto upper body strength. As a keen golfer, I began to notice that the weight training and core strength was improving my game, particularly distance off the tee. Others have commented on my improvement and my handicap has reduced. I would thoroughly recommend Ed as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Ed 3 months ago in a quest to improve my general fitness and also to help with my golf swing. I'm already seeing good results and I feel so much more stability in my golf swing from the core work we've been doing. I can highly recommend Ed, not only a lovely chap but certainly knows his stuff and very organised and disciplined with planning what we do at each PT session. Ed meticulously measures and records progress so you can see results as well as feel the the difference.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Ed in April 2022 after a significant right shoulder injury a few years previous. This affected my activity levels and made me unsure on what I should be doing in the gym. With Ed’s guidance my shoulder is now stronger then ever and I’m in much less pain. The objective data that Ed collects in sessions gives me confidence that we are trending in the right direction. I’d strongly recommend Ed for Injury Rehab.

Fantastic experience: Ed has been my trainer during my weight loss journey. I’ve lost 40kg in total over the last year and my strength and cardio has improved drastically. I challenged myself to reach my weight goal so I could do a skydive, Ed added extra encouragement by saying he’d join me, which he did! I’m currently training for Hyrox and all our extra running and focused training is really paying off. I’d strongly recommend Ed as a trainer.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying my sessions with Ed to support strengthening my upper back to help a shoulder issue and to get stronger for golf. Sessions are diverse, customised and focussed, and exercises are planned and tracked to record weight increases. They also include analysis to test muscle weaknesses to find areas requiring work. I noticed a difference very quickly in my strength, form and body shape. Best of all, I don’t have to put all the gear away. And if you’re lucky you’ll get a massage too if it’s needed.

Fantastic experience: Very bespoke service from Ed that’s really starting to help my damaged shoulder. He’s always on time and enthusiastic about his job which really helps (especially in the early morning sessions !!) would def recommend him to others looking for a much better than average personal trainer !

Fantastic experience: I started training with Ed six months ago. Ed is a great guy who’s personable, easy to talk to making you feel relaxed for those uncomfortable starting the gym but also makes the sessions great fun. Ed has a variety of expertise in conditioning and training but also in Rehab and injury prevention. Therefore, Ed is very accommodating and can tailor a specific program to your needs. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Ed for around 1 year to rehabilitate my damaged shoulder, and with his knowledge and guidance, he has helped me gain the movement back that I lost and more importantly, I can move with little or no pain again. Fantastic experience: Ed, had been a personal trainer to both my husband and I twice a week for the past 6 months. Over these months Ed has proven to be highly knowledgeable tailoring our workouts to our capabilities. Ed is also punctual, reliable, respectful, positive with an upbeat personality and a sense of humour. Our physical condition has been transformed and our mental health vastly improved too making us able to enjoy our everyday day life pain free and fit.
