Fantastic experience: Nash, Sadia and the team helped me understand everything wrong with my leg and foot with their years of extensive knowledge and application. If you're in pain, these guys can sort you out, there are so many different types of treatment and lots of suggestions and kit to help. Some of the best physio treatment I've received.

Negative experience: I did 10 sessions with this company around 6 months ago and found it to largely be a waste of money. I started with Nash for the first 2 sessions and then proceeded to see different physios almost weekly as the turnover rate was so high. These physios would constantly bad mouth each other and change the plan as they didn’t agree with what the previous physio had done or set out. About 6 weeks in I no longer had access to any plans on the session app they provide and although regularly mentioning this it was never resolved. In the end I was essentially paying £80 a week for a half an hour massage. My problem wasn’t resolved and it is £800 I will never get back. Very unprofessional that workers would call other physios and disregard their work. I have waited this long to see if I had results, which sadly I haven’t. Disappointing all round, considering such a hefty price tag. I was happy to pay this as this company was recommended to me and seemed well reviewed, but I must say I would actively deter people from this business based upon my own personal experience.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Nash with extremely painful sciatica. He recommended a treatment program which has left practically pain free and improved my lifestyle. Nash and Sadia were extremely professional, helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough to resolve my issues. Sue and Lindsay always very welcoming and helpful and couldnt do enough for me. Fantastic experience: Went to T4 Farnworth having sustained whiplash injury. The treatment I received was superb. Explanation of every action and variation, also acupuncture. Maintenance exercises were detailed. Must also commend the reception staff, Sue and Lindsay, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had an accident end of January of 2024. Didn’t understand how much pain my back was in and my shoulders due to the accident. I went for a 15 minute free taster and payed for 12 weeks of sessions. Cannot recommend a physio enough. Amy did my sessions and always made sure if I needed a break I could. Helped me with my pain and gave me some stretches too help too. Sue at the front desk is always so kind and always asks if I want a drink or anything. Definitely recommend for any type of concern you have

Fantastic experience: T4 Physio has improved my life so much with their amazing skills and wonderful team! I’ve struggled with TMJ issues for a good few years now and was at a loose end with what to do - I contacted Nash and he was so kind and enthusiastic about helping me to improve my pain, jaw functionality and my wellbeing. Fantastic experience: I initially chose T4 for knee pain as I could see from their website that their approach to treatment was to get to the root cause of the problem and offer natural treatments. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I would definitely recommend T4 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Every session I feel is personal to me He listens to me and explains everything fully. It took a lot of courage for me to make the initial call but I would not hesitate to recommend T4 to anyone I am half way through my ten sessions and I have made such progress and I know I am on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I was suffering with very bad back and neck problems due to my work from heavy lifting, Sadia talked me though exactly what needed to be done and got straight to work , by the end of the session I felt almost back to normal which I couldn’t believe just after 1 session, I will now continue to use t4 with sadia for regular appointments to keep on top of my posture. 5** thank you sadia !

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with Greater Trochanteric Pain Sydrome on and off for maybe a couple of years. I didn’t know what the pain in my hips was and just left it until I was in tears and couldn’t walk very far. Mel has been terrific, I have seen her 3 or 4 times and her treatment and exercise advice means I am almost pain free, just a little way to go. Thanks Mel, you’re amazing!!!!!

Fantastic experience: T4 Physio Clinic is a wonderful place to improve my knee function. I’m now able to dance, walk my dog and sit for more than 3 hours. I highly recommend T4 Physio if you’re serious about improving your function.

Fantastic experience: I came across T4 Physio while struggling with a terrible case of sciatica. NHS help was next to nothing - various painkillers, basic stretches and patience. It sort of helped in the short run, but about 6 weeks after pain started i had another flare up, much worse than the first one. It was then when a family member recommended T4. After just 3 appointments with Nash the pain was almost completely gone! He then set me up with gym appointments with Mustafa who is helping me to build up strength, increase mobility and introduced me to a wide range of new excercises. Those guys have vast knowledge of their field and really know what they're doing. Nash and his team really are lifesavers!

He's very knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way. Nash has a refreshingly different approach to physiotherapy. Tailored orthotics are only the start in a journey to better muscular function and efficiency of movement. Many physios simply provide exercises without checking in on the individuals needs or progress, but T4 Physio combines hands-on treatments and exercises with regular progress checks and analysis, continuously tailoring treatment and exercises to the individual for the best possible outcome. Exercises provided are interesting and fun to do, and not just the usual from physio websites. Nash aims not only to reduce pain and increase movement, but to achieve efficiency of movement, so that you use less energy, feel less fatigue, perform better and achieve more. I highly recommend Nash and all at T4 Physio.

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and approachable, easy to talk too with any questions or queries. Nash and James are excellent with the different treatments I needed on the day and giving exercise plans to do at home. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I visited T4 Physio and Nash was amazing. All of the staff are friendly, knowlegeable and approachable, they really put me at ease. Nash listened as I explained the symptoms I was having and he used various different techniques including exercise, physio and acupuncture. Fantastic experience: Had problems with my back and hip for over the last 5 years. Had sports massage and it was a short term fix if I am being honest. Seen an advert on Facebook for T4 and decided to give it a go. Only 3 sessions in and I am already feeling 100% better, sleeping through the night , my mobility is better and feeling stronger each day. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Just finished 12 sessions and I can't recommend James and Nash enough, went with muscular pain in my hip which has vastly improved I enjoyed it so much (even with the pain Inflicted on me) that if I was wealthy enough I would go all year round. Fantastic experience: I went to T4 Physio to help with support from back and leg pain I’ve been experiencing. The welcome by Sue on reception made me feel at ease, first impression counts for me and Sue did that straight away. . I have had physio’s in the past who Don’t give a good therapy be it too light or just think by talking and using a rubber band helps ease the issue. My Physio Emma got straight away got to work on the areas of concern, she has got to be the best physio I have had and I’ve been to a lot. She is very professional with her therapy, she makes you feel at ease and knows straight away what areas to work on. Emma has undoubtedly helped me in the past 6 weeks to move on. I will say that having a therapy at least once a month is a must from now on and I have no hesitation in recommending T4 physio to anyone who needs treatment. The weekly emails offering support, the reminders about appointments go a long way too. Many thanks Emma you are amazing I can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Physio Clinic, the best in the business. From Sue on the friendly front desk to Nash, Emma and James in the treatment room. The whole team are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home, as well as providing the most professional and thorough treatment. Get booked in for a sports massage or just a general check up, they found so many issue which had been causing me life long problems and treated them which has allowed me to finally live pain free!

Fantastic experience: I have almost completed my 8 sessions of physio and I cannot believe how good I feel. My leg feels great, but the thing that impressed my most about T4 is the friendliness of the whole team. Emma as been working on my leg and ir just feel so good now. When I first come to T4 James worked on me and he was just as good. Both very pleasant people. I felt so at home. To finish I just need to give Sue a mention. Fantastic experience: My mum was suffering from acute sciatica she had barely been able to walk around the house or leave the house for over 2 months due to the severe pain that she was in, so we decided that it might be a good idea to see a physio, so we got in touch with Nash at T4 Physio to see if he would be able to help to improve her physical health, after attending a couple of physio sessions she noticed a dramatic improvement in her mobility and she has now slowly and surely started to get her life back on track, she now is able to walk around freely which in turn has restored her independence and she can now do jobs for herself around the house and she can also go out again, her spirits, confidence and self esteem and physical and mental wellbeing have all improved due to this dedicated, efficient caring team of physio's, and after seeing first-hand their handiwork i wouldnt hesitate at recommending them to anybody suffering with muscular aches and pains.

Fantastic experience: From the reception to the physio, the team at T4 physio are friendly and professional. I had an osteotomy and retrograde surgery on my knee . Since starting with t4 they have worked with to get some strength back and great follow up. I recommend you give them a go.

Having had a long term ankle issue which wasn’t dealt with by other physios, after only a couple of sessions I had more flexibility and less pain. Fantastic experience: I cannot fault T4 for their excellent physio and service. I have been treated by Nash the owner at other locations and mobile, for about 4 years before he set up the clinic. Nash has always been professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and good at time keeping with his appointments. Since attending his new practice I have still felt the same warm and friendly experience from his staff and found them to also be excellent in their practice. The clinic is bright and clean and free parking is available on the side street next to it. The T4 team always offer you a drink (covid permitting) and I have found their appointment reminders and receipts via SMS and e-mail very efficient. Once you've been to T4 you will not want to go anywhere else for treatment!

Fantastic experience: After visiting Nash when I was struggling with back pain and the thought of never being able to do my ballroom dancing again, he really got to the problem and im now able to dance again. Then at the beginning of the 1st covid Lockdown i broke my arm in 10 places, i was told by the NHS there would be no physio due to covid so I called Nash who helped me use my hand and wrist again, i can't recommended T4 enough, without them i would have been in a mess.
