Fantastic experience: Clean gym, classes are on time, superb technique explanation- The coaches teach you how to look for more than just the standard wrestling options, they also explore the many other options available to you. This is worth a great deal. It means you can build on these lessons. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Really great coaching, friendly atmosphere and amazing techniques. Been to a lot of combat sports places and this place is amazing, drills are broken down so that you can easily follow/correct your form and the coaches really spend time with you tweeking your drills so that you have them down to a T. Would highly recommend, great club and a great culture

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with unbelievable coaches. I’ve followed Mick from another gym and his ability to teach exceeds many other people’s I’ve trained with. My 7 year old daughter has also done wrestling including 121 sessions and she always learns something new, and most importantly walks away with a smile on her face. The coffee is always an added bonus when waiting for the kids to finish ☕️
