Fantastic experience: Steph’s virtual personal training is brilliant. I am very aware of how important strength training is, but with a busy life as a GP I was finding it hard to fit it in. Fantastic experience: If you haven't worked with Steph, then you have no idea what your body can achieve, and how great you can feel and look when you have strong muscles and flexible joints. All with just a bit of very consistent effort. I first met Steph during Covid on line - my sister, who lived in Bath introduced us through Animal Flow, I live in Vancouver, Canada. Preferring to go on-ine, I decided to compliment my outdoor activities (skiing, hiking and swimming) with a strength and flexibility program. I first joined Steph's 6 week frazzled to fearless program and sweated away most mornings with the exercises - aching but always glad I had done them. Then I signed up to have her as a personal trainer and continue the more individualised workouts. Working with Steph is not just working with a personal trainer, she takes her career very seriously and probably cares more about her clients than about almost anything else in her universe - OH except for her dogs. WOrking with Step is great value for money as it is more like having a life coach as well as a personal trainer. Steph has guided me through my various aches and pains, adjusted the program as I injure myself, supported and educated me in setting realistic goals, progressing interesting and varied strength and flexibility programs and generally just being there for me all along the way. When I am down she boosts me up, when I am overconfident she helps me set realistic goals and programs. Sometimes like a broken record but always with my best interest and fitness at the core of the program. Steph has a large tool kit of varied types of exercises, and strength and flexibility programs. She is kind, knowledgeable, honest and supportive and not afraid to share her own journey in health, fitness and life. If you are wanting empowerment, encouragement and energising interesting exercise programs, and if you are serious about getting flexible, stronger and leaner, then Steph is the gal for you!!

Fantastic experience: Steph has been brilliant to work with and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for support on a weight loss/strength journey. She really holds you to account but flex’s the programme to suit where you are in your journey and life. So even if you’re short on time or struggling with a bit of an injury she has the tools and tips to keep you going. I dropped 10kg and a whole dress size whilst working with Steph and didn’t count a single calorie to do it!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant boot camp! I have been attending classes with Steph for about the last 5 years now and they are great! I have done both in person and online classes so can vouch for both. Steph is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and approachable. She keeps me motivated with classes that are always tough but fun and I feel amazing afterwards. She explains and demonstrates new movements and gives ways to advance or regress movements ensuring you can work at a level that is tailored to you!! Give it a go!!

Fantastic experience: Had a private lesson in Animal Flow with Stephanie. The whole process was very professional, from the questionnaire beforehand to arrangements for the in person session and the session itself. Very clear instructions with a friendly and warm welcome. I worked hard and learned a lot! Would recommend and have another lesson myself at some point.

Fantastic experience: I had a 1:1 session with Steph as a beginner to Animal Flow, I was nervous beforehand because I had been struggling, I needn’t have worried because Steph was great, friendly and knowledgeable, she tailored the session to my ability, gave me clear instruction and explanation and miraculously i was 1000% better at it after an hour, I am improving every day after taking her advice on board and I consider it money well spent, if you want to start Animal Flow I can’t recommend Steph highly enough. Fantastic experience: With two kids under 5, I struggled with being able to carry on with the exercise classes I did pre-kids. I've been doing Steph's online class programme for the last 6 months and can't recommend it enough. The workouts are tailored and updated regularly to keep you interested, whildt helping you to progress. The app is easy to use and Steph is a fantastic motivator. I've now lost 8.5kg and feel much more like my old self. Thank you Steph!

Fantastic experience: The best workout class around! The best way to start the weekend by far, Fresh air, a bunch a lovely people of all ages and abilities and the wonderful Steph who makes you train hard, but in a relaxed way that's fun, engaging and enjoyable. The classes are always different and non repetitive using a variety of equipment. I always leave feeling fully energised and thoroughly worked out! Steph is motivating and encouraging and I never would have believed I could have got in such good shape before my wedding without her.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Steph for 2 years now which has been a complete game changer. Fantastic experience: I took part in Steph’s Strong, Buff and Healthy program when it first launched and absolutely loved it. It took place over a few weeks with a weekly check in and with tasks set out for the week. It was really great to be part of the group and to have so many people supporting and encouraging each other. It felt like a little family of like minded people with Steph and her usual amazing energy guiding the way. We laughed, we shared and we kept each other going. The program very much teaches good habits for life and just slots into your day. There’s no judgment or showing off, just take from it what suits you as an individual. It has become a way of life now and I look forward to doing more!! Thank you Steph for really understanding what women want!!! Keep it coming! Steph is not just an amazing PT, she’s an amazing person all round and that reflects in her sessions. She somehow manages to motivate yet not put pressure on you to be perfect. Fantastic experience: Steph has been a very considerate and caring trainer. Suffering for years with lower back issues and recently being diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in both hips, I am learning how to manage my body better. Steph is very knowledgable and takes the time to fully understand the symptoms before suggesting any corrective movements. I feel safe under Stephs care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing 1 to 1 sessions with Steph for a few months now, and she is incredibly gifted at what she does. When I was looking for a trainer, I really just wanted to get my body back on track after years of not quite hitting my weight a d strength targets (due to injuries), and a huge loss of confidence. Friends of mine go to her group classes and suggested I check her out and I’m so glad I did. Steph’s initial assessment was through and her whole approach was friendly, flexible and it was clear (as we chatted) how knowledgeable she is about the body. Her focus with me has been on strength and mobility, which is exactly what I need. Although her sessions and classes are tough, they are worth it. But the key is, Steph is flexible. Some weeks we focus on mobility, others, more strength and cardio depending on what’s going on with me. She listens and wants to know how you are and always factors this into my sessions. And the results have also been steady. My confidence and body shape have changed positively over the weeks too. If you want a trainer who will work with you, push you but not blast you and someone who is genuinely lovely, Steph is the right fit for you. She is a little bit of magic.
Fantastic experience: Steph is amazing! She’s the only one that’s managed to get me willingly off the couch and into a workout. I think it’s because she cares that you do well but she’s also very human - she know that even finding 3 mins a day to do fitness can be tough in today’s life. She doesn’t judge- just encourages. Fantastic experience: I love Steph’s GWTP sessions! The level of individual feedback and coaching she gives means you’re making constant improvements; to form, strength and fitness. Whilst the big variety of people training with you means there’s always someone to keep up with! The sessions are tough, challenging and so much fun - whether online or in person. Steph’s belief that strength and fitness is built on good form and mobility is really apparent and underpins her sessions. When introducing something new she works with you to build confidence and perfect form, and then pushes you from there. And I think is THE reason that in the 3+ years I’ve been training with her I’ve been injury free - something I’ve never managed before! Genuinely can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved attending 'Get with the Programme' bootcamps. Steph is a awesome lady who takes the time during sessions to correct technique, alter exercises for clients specific situations and is always keeping the energy levels high! Steph's attention to detail and care for each individual enabled me to get the very best out of every session and leave feeling like I had done something great! The bootcamps are tough and varied each session ; I definitely saw a great improvement in my fitness and technique for specific exercises over just a few weeks. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been attending Steph’s Saturday morning bootcamp at Alice Park for over three years. In recent lockdown times we enjoyed our healthy routine of her morning bootcamps on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays via Zoom. We’ve also ‘enjoyed’ her Wednesday kettlebell class. I’ve trained for over 25 years and I don’t hesitate to say that Steph’s ability to combine humour, motivation and compassion with incredible strength and conditioning technical knowledge make her the best PT I’ve experienced. Unlike many trainers Steph doesn’t simply facilitate a session, she coaches her clients throughout on their technique, the weight they are using and variations to add difficulty, reduce pressure if injured etc. To get this level of service in a group training environment is superb. Thank you Steph and keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding bootcamp! I started this as I'm not a fan of gyms. I was a bit nervous to start with but soon made great friends and my fitness has really excelled, it's way beyond anything I could hav imagined, not to mention I love it. Steph runs a very profession bootcamp and really focuses on the individuals to make sure everyone gets the most out of it. I've now been going for about 5yrs - religiously! I love it!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending bootcamp with Steph for a few years. I started my road back to health undertaking Couch to 5k. After a few months, I realised that I needed a more rounded level of fitness. I talked to Steph and she worked with me to ensure that I had the correct regime to build core, stamina, and cardio. Over the years, I have come to trust Steph and her team to help me build my fitness level giving me greater physical and mental strength and confidence.
Fantastic experience: I have known Steph now for quite a few years yet she never ceases to keep our workouts fun and interesting. Steph is very dedicated and is always updating her knowledge on how to achieve the best results for her clients. She loves learning new skills and passing them on to her clients. One of my favourites is animal flow. This is such an amazing way to keep fit and flexible which I would have never had the chance to learn if I wasn't training 1-2-1 with Steph. Steph never makes me feel insecure and is amazing at working with your strengths while not ignoring your weaknesses! A word of warning though,when Steph says "I have a great workout planned for us today!", Just know she is about to beast you and you WILL ache for a few days! Would highly recommend Steph for anyone who wants to lose weight,get flexible or simply be healthier.
Fantastic experience: I joined just over a year ago and it has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in ages. Being outside, feeling good and getting stronger and fitter. Steph is encouraging and seems to effortlessly be tuned in to everyone’s level and needs. It’s friendly and easy to drop in and take part, any time of the week (and whatever the weather!)
Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic time at the Animal Flow workshop with Steph. Animal Flow has revolutionised my training as it combines all over body strengthening with flexibility, which is perfect for me. It’s a tough workout but I feel great! Fantastic experience: I have attended two of Steph's movement workshops. The mix of Animal Flow and yoga is the perfect balance if you'll excuse the pun! A flow sequence to get your body warm, followed by an introduction to Animal Flow - which ends with the whole group being able to perform a flow together - such an achievement only possible because of Steph's clear teaching, instruction and encouragement. The yin yoga and relaxation to finish is blissful and all followed by a yummy smoothie and sweet treat! What is not to love. Cant wait for the next one!! Thanks Steph (and Christian and Bex)

Fantastic experience: Since going to Bootcamp I feel so much stronger. Steph has an amazing ability to make everyone feel welcome. As someone who has never been very fit I was worried about feeling silly or embarrassed but there was no need. She has an amazing ability at pushing everyone to their own level without intimidating or embarrassing anyone. I can't recommend this class more highly.
Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to attend the first Movement in The Modern World workshop and I really couldn’t recommend it more highly. By the end of the workshop consisting of yoga, animal flow and relaxation, followed by the most delicious brunch I felt that my body and soul had been fed. Steph is an amazing trainer and teacher with her passion for animal flow enabling us all to accomplish moves that we considered out of reach at the beginning of the workshop. This workshop is definitely something not to miss!

Fantastic experience: My sister put me into GWTP. I’ve attended boxercise class every Tuesday evening for the past year and a half. As a result I’ve lost lots of weight and Steph’s instductions also give me a real boost that carries me through the rest of the week and motivates me in other health or gym activities. Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to have found Steph and her boot camp in Alice Park. There is nothing better for your mental health than working out outside. Steph is a fab coach, so encouraging but also works you hard. I have been going for six months and the sessions never get repetitive. It is also a really great group of people, mix of ages and fitness levels. I should also mention a fab coffee shop at Alice Park for a treat after.

Fantastic experience: LOVE Steph and the GWTP program, and have barely missed a class since I first discovered the program. I regularly attend the Alice Park bootcamp. Steph is a fantastic teacher, focusing on technique over speed and carefully both explaining exercises before we begin then monitoring everyone's progress so you don't make a mistake. I've never had an injury at one of her classes (though many deliciously sore muscles!) Honestly, can't recommend her highly enough. Very professional, encouraging and fun.

Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week lean and clean programme with Steph and found it amazing . I was a bit stuck with my weight and motivation and just felt I needed some help to get me on track . Steph gave me a weekly food and exercise programme and really helped re focus me . Being part of the WhatsApp group meant I couldn't slack off . I had to exercise 6 days a week and I put everything I ate in the fitness pal app . It really taught me to focus and helped understand what I should or should not be eating . I learnt to become disciplined . I lost 9lbs over the 6 weeks and since then I have really kept it going . I would highly recommend Steph to anyone . She is so motivating!!

Fantastic experience: Steph is amazing. You never quite know what you're going to get thrown at you and every session is different. There's a fun, friendly atmosphere and even if you're a complete beginner, you are always guided through what you're supposed to be doing so that you are confident that you know what you're supposed to be doing. I've done a lot of these types of sessions with other trainers and Steph is by far the best I've come across so far.
Fantastic experience: Steph mixes up the workouts so you never know what you're going into, never boring and always good fun! The early morning sessions are a fab way to start the day!

Fantastic experience: When I first started out with Stephanie, I was 46, fat and frumpy! Under her fabulous and motivational stewardship, I have turned 47, but am no longer fat and frumpy. Stephanie pushes you hard, but within boundaries, just when you think you cannot find another rep, she coaxes one out of you, leaving you thoroughly exhausted, but beaming at your achievements. The workout programmes Stephanie devises are always varied, challenging, yet fun (Yes seriously - fun) I was sceptical at first, thinking that I couldn't afford a personal trainer, but I have to say, this is easily the best value for money I have parted with in a long time. The results are worth it, my clothes fit again and my confidence has returned. Take the plunge, Get With The Programme - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Steph is an excellent motivator and gives wonderfully clear instructions. The kettle bell class is varied and really gives good results. It's amazing how much can be packed into a one hour class!

Fantastic experience: If you had told me a year ago that I would be able to do a 20 jump planks in a row followed by a set of full press ups I would have laughed at you! Let alone swinging a 24kg kettle bell! But in less than a year I have achieved all this and more with Steph at GWTP. Bootcamp is an unintimidating, friendly, fun experience. A great group of people of all abilities who are encouraged and motivated by Steph to achieve the best they possibly can. Steph ensures she knows her clients abilities well, judging what level we should be working at and making sure we understand technique and form. Kettlebell classes are more specialised, and amazing for strength and toning. Training with Steph has changed my life. I am more confident, happier, healthier and stronger. Thank you xx

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Steph for well Over a year. Her drive and encouragement is always positive and a great motivation. I have attended her boot camp and boxercise classes and both are equally challenging, enjoyable and a great fat burner! She has an in depth knowledge of kettle bell training and I've learnt so much from her. Would 100% reccomend her to anyone wishing to make a positive lifestyle change weather its weight loss, getting fit or just making better food choices.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Steph for over a year, and the experience has been phenomenal. Bootcamps on Saturdays are challenging, energising and also fun…but my favourite class has to be Kettlebells on Monday night; it’s by far the best exercise I’ve done, combining cardio with weights. Each person trains at their level, and use relevant weights to maintain good form. Steph works with all of us and keeps the workouts varied and challenging. I’ve noticed steady progress in my form and health, I started swinging a 16kg bell, and now I comfortably swing 32kg with good form. I would definitely recommend any of Steph’s classes, mixed with her positive and fun approach.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie's Boxercise class was a first for me and now I'm hooked!! Stephanie really knows what she's teaching; she keeps you motivated and keeps it interesting. Fantastic experience: I've been going to the early morning Bootcamp sessions since October '15, they fit in well to my busy schedule and it means I'm home before 8am feeling very smug about my workout!! The sessions have made a remarkable difference to my fitness, I started by struggling with 8kg kettlebells and have worked up to 14kgs. Steph always makes each session different so you never know what to expect, she's completely committed and come rain or shine is always there being very encouraging. Everyone is really friendly and both the indoor & outdoor locations are easy to find & parking is easy. I can't recommend it highly enough!
