Fantastic experience: I completed the inaugural yoga teacher training at Green and Blue Studios. Charlie's, the teacher, knowledge on all things yoga including asana, yoga philosophy and Sanskrit is formidable, yet she teaches with humility and friendship. She genuinely wants her yoga teacher trainees to become their own teacher, not a mini Charlie. Sessions are fun and rewarding, she introduces teaching straight away but in a manageable way, and whilst there is homework, with the sessions being monthly, there is time to plan these around other things and she is always available to respond to queries. I am very glad that I chose to complete by TT with Charlie, and would recommend others to do the same if they are contemplating exploring this.

Fantastic experience: Green and Blue yoga teacher training 200-hour course is outstanding. The owner Anabel made me feel very welcome in her studio. Charlie who taught the course was a very knowledgeable, caring compassionate, supportive teacher. I did the training as I wanted to learn more about yoga (not necessarily to teach) and wow did I learn! The small class was invaluable to me. It meant I got the time and attention that I needed to grow my skills to become ‘me’ as a teacher. We were teaching from day one and the final assessment class was an invaluable learning tool preparing us for the real world of teaching. I wish I was doing the course again with the knowledge I have now! And yes, I have taught yoga - this would not have been possible and wouldn’t have happened if it hadn’t been for Charlie. If you want to learn to teach or just learn more about the world of about yoga then you will not find a better teacher to take you on this journey!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic Studio, with amazing instructors I've tried almost all the classes and really enjoyed them. My son also goes to the kids after school classes and has grown in confidence so much. Thanks, Anabel and the team.

Fantastic experience: The kids aerial class is fantastic. My daughter LOVES going every week. Anabel is a world class athlete so they are luckily to be learning from the best. This class is so good for their strength and creativity, we are very lucky to have this in our area.

Green & Blue offers a superb selection of classes all taught excellently by a variety of people. It’s a fantastically welcoming, encouraging and inspiring atmosphere in which to train.

Fantastic experience: My daughter celebrated her 9th birthday with a party at Green & Blues and her and her friends had a lovely time. The teachers were knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help those who were struggling with the positions. The party was both lots of fun and the children learnt something new too - I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughters attend the after school kids aerial classes here and they have not stopped talking about how great it is. They are not normally enthusiastic about attending classes but came out buzzing. It takes a lot to impress them and they were seriously impressed with the teachers and the class content. They can’t wait for next week!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new studio with brilliant facilities - loads of exciting classes to choose from, (I particularly enjoyed the aerial & hoop classes). With lovely & knowledgeable teachers. So much fun!! Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Great new yoga and aerial studio. Unique classes and experience. Ana and the team are amazing. The workouts are fun, interesting, and super effective. Kids also booked in for summer classes. Can’t recommend highly enough
