Fantastic experience: I've been training at this gym for a while now and honestly couldn't recommend it more. Jay, the owner, is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Everything is scaled to your abilities, so whether you're just starting out or have been training for years, you'll feel comfortable and challenged at the right level. He’s built a great, encouraging community here. A brilliant place to train no matter your fitness level.

Fantastic experience: The lads brought me for my stags and it was some craic , what a great spot micky limerick was our coach and let me tell ya lads he was sp sound so funny a real gent and after we were all battered and busted around ye chatted with us about his career and wrestling everything great lad and a great day out more stags need to go here the best laugh honestly go !!!

Fantastic experience: Came here on a stag do to learn some wrestling moves in the ring. Jay was absolutely class and showed us how to roll, chop, fall, hit the corners, and other moves. No swonton bombs or diving off the top ropes, which was probably a good thing judging by the state of us after doing a few simple forward rolls. Would definitely recommend.
