Fantastic experience: Tom has been my trainer for over 5 years. During lockdown we moved on-line and since then I have had a combination of on-line and in-person PT sessions with him. I see Tom twice a week and always feel I am in safe hands. He has a focused and purposeful approach to training, keeping track of everything we do (so I don't) and varying the sessions to keep them fresh. He is also very attentive to how I feel on any particular day and will adjust accordingly. Despite getting older (the "wrong" side of 50) I am still getting stronger - a testament to his approach. I would thoroughly recommend Tom - he is a first class coach.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Tom for a long time now and can recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their general health and well-being! As a cyclist who is looking to improve every day, I cannot stress further the importance of a proper strength and conditioning program. Tom has given me that by mixing in a variety of workouts that target key movements and muscles that pertain to cycling. We all know how important time spent on the bike is, but equally as important is the time spent of the bike. That’s where a great S&C coach comes to play. The results speak for themselves as I have achieved PBs in my 1-5min power efforts. If you are an athlete or part of the general population, Tom can help you feel better than you ever have before!
Fantastic experience: The very best Personal Trainer I have ever come across. Amazingly detailed, knowledgeable and hard working. So innovative. First time I have ever wanted to go to a gym. Every year I’ve worked with him I’ve achieved another goal - improved nutrition, much better sleep. Everything gets better with a Trainer like this. Highly recommended.
