Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found Made for Moving. I started attending after lockdown and have been attending ever since. The sessions are challenging and varied keeping you motivated and seeing improvement in strength and endurance. Sessions work for beginners and experienced athletes. The group are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the regular social events and coffees are a great way to meet like-minded locals. I now love Monday mornings!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic fitness class outside at Haydons road rec. come rain or shine the Made for Moving brilliant coaches deliver a fun HIIT based class.
Fantastic experience: Joining MFM a couple of years ago was a real game-changer for me. Not just in terms of the exercise and fitness levels (it’s a proper workout every week!), but also in terms of the community aspect. Chris has managed to assemble a great group of people and I can honestly say that they’re friends for life. It’s an amazing way to boost physical health, mental health and social life! Thanks for everything Chris!
Fantastic experience: Chris has built a great little community here, bringing everyone together for a fun but challenging exercise class. He’s a highly knowledgeable personal trainer, and these classes make that knowledge accessible to everyone, no matter your experience or level of fitness. All you need is a willingness to try hard and get stuck in!

Fantastic experience: Welcoming, challenging, engaging and fun. If you exercise best with the motivation of others around you this is perfect. There's a real sense of camaraderie between the group and everyone is encouraging. A great atmosphere with supportive coaches and a strong social side. Would definitely recommend giving the trial session a go!

Fantastic experience: Great fitness classes and a lovely, supportive group of people to train with. I've been going for two years and it's really helped me add much needed variety to my usual running routine, plus it's far more fun to train outdoors (whatever the weather!) then in a gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to MFM for 8 months now and always walk away in a better mood. Chris and his team are amazing coaches, they do a great job at encouraging everyone to push beyond their comfort zone whilst making each session varied, fun, and will always adjust for different levels of fitness/injuries. Chris has created an awesome community of locals who are all very welcoming and supportive. The best part is that it's outdoors - nothing beats the fresh air, come rain or shine!

Fantastic experience: Chris and his team know how to get the best out of you know matter you fitness level or skill set. Really fun classes. All the members are lovely and motivate one another. Plus the social events are great.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to these classes since they started over 2 years ago. Chris is a motivating trainer and I have really noticed a difference in my muscle tone and fitness. The classes change each week, so there is time to focus on improving one set but not time to get bored and too used to it. It's also been great to meet more local people who are all friendly and encouraging. I was an avid gym goer pre Covid and have now added this to my fitness repertoire as it is very different to anything offered at the gym so it complements those classes.

Fantastic experience: From the first session Chris & team create an engaging, effective and fun experience. Each week the programmes different, always feel better off physically & mentally from regular classes. There is also a great social element too with varied calendar of events, dinners & time to connect with fellow members.

Fantastic experience: Perfect attitude, results, and timing. I have been within MFM more than a year now and will continue to do so. Sessions are local, friendly, short (45 minutes) enough to have a good training session, but not too long get too tired. Coaches are really helpful - ready to advice, change an exercise if you are unable to do something. Effectiveness - 100%, I lost some weight, became stronger and cannot imagine my life without sport. Join - it will be fun.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend these classes more and becoming a member has meant I now exercise really consistently which is not something I’ve ever managed before! The classes are always challenging, varied and so fun. Chris is a great instructor who will push you when you need it but will always modify depending on fitness levels too. It also helps that it really is the friendliest bunch of people that go and has been a great way to make friends in the area.
Fantastic experience: Chris is a fantastic trainer and I cannot recommend his classes enough! He ensures that the exercises are accessible to everyone whatever your fitness level and has created a wonderful local community feel through his classes. His enthusiasm and sense of fun keeps us all energised and engaged. The sessions are varied and members are really friendly and supportive. If that wasn’t enough, Chris also supports a number of charities and initiatives, donating portions of the income from his classes - which makes us all feel like we are helping indirectly! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend outdoor enough. Not only for improving your fitness levels but for me personally is been very beneficial for my mental health. Chris is focussed on pushing each partcipant to work hard within your ability, catering for all fitness levels with challenges each week. The encouragement from Chris and fellow attendees makes training outdoor (came rain, snow or shine) worth it!

Fantastic experience: Chris is one of the best trainers I have had the pleasure to be trained by! I have learned so much from him about engaging muscles I didn't even know existed or forgot how to use. What I love most about his approach is that he very well explains not only how to do sth but also why you are doing it. His warm ups and stretching are bar non the best. The sessions helped me with back and hip pain during pregnancy and postpartum. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn how to move and strengthen their body!

Fantastic experience: I love these classes! They are tough but you just work through the running or exercises in your own time. Chris is always close by to encourage you to work a little harder and working with a partner or as one big team makes the sessions really enjoyable. Even when the weather isn’t great everyone just embraces it and works hard, which is so rewarding!
