Fantastic experience: Had my 1st consultation with Charlie to better understand my pain and potential causes. Clearly what i believed it to be and the actual cause of the pain were quite different. I now have a short treatment plan to resolve the issues. Charlie explained everything thoroughly and gave expert advice for self help.

Fantastic experience: A great place to learn BJJ, being a beginner this place provides a very welcoming environment which will help you to settle in and start to push yourself. Everyone who attends are extremely friendly and Charlie (the coach) has an excellent coaching manner to help you learn. He has a cool dog too.

Fantastic experience: The MOST wonderful Pilates studio, I have been a member for almost 6 months now and I could not recommend it enough. It is inclusive, friendly and motivating. Each time I go there is always a different focus and it is always just what I need. As well as this it is always clean, easy to use booking system and they are constantly improving the space. Huge thank you for helping me get back to fitness after children in preparation for my wedding and I am now that addicted that this will be a forever habit for me to have a strong old lady body

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this studio enough! I've been attending both Pilates and jujitsu classes here, and I also benefit from their chiropractic care and sports massage. The owners, Charlie and Jenn, are great —they are not only professional but also genuine in their approach to health and wellness. Jenn is an incredible instructor; she is warm, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in everyone's progress. Jenn is great at correcting form and offering encouraging feedback. I have noticed a real improvement in my core strength, posture, and flexibility. Furthermore, the classes at MOVE have made me feel stronger, more capable, and more confident. Every session offers something different, which keeps things engaging and ensures a balanced, full-body workout. The reformer equipment is top quality with new accessories like jumpboards regularly introduced. The variety of class times makes it easy to fit sessions into any schedule, and the flexibility to switch classes with the membership is a huge plus. Jenn and Charlie have built a welcoming, supportive environment at MOVE with a real sense of community. I highly recommend MOVE to anyone interested in reformer Pilates! ❤️

It is such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere….. but we also work hard. Charlie and Jenn are brilliant. I also see Charlie for chiropractor appointments and would not go anywhere else. All in all so satisfied in all aspects….. give it ago you will love it ❤️

Fantastic experience: Jen is an exceptional therapist, I have regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage with her and her care of me following surgery has been outstanding. My surgeon was impressed with how well prepared for surgery I was and how the work she had done made his job easier. I would not have managed my condition without her care and support. Thanks Jen - anyone with a lymphatic related condition- you need Jen on your team!

Negative experience: I was really enjoying it here. When ever it is a new instructor I make sure that they are aware of my situation, only to join a plyometrics pilates based session which set my injury back weeks. A loss of trust in being open and honest with the instructor to get bad advice during the session i havent gone back after attending for many weeks. Shame as it has smart facilities

Fantastic experience: I decided to bite the bullet and try reformed Pilates after seeing so many videos of it - as someone who regularly goes to the gym and lifts I was excited to try. I really enjoyed every single second. It was completely different to anything I’ve done before - I’ve never been one for yoga or Pilates but this was incredible. Definitely will be going back. I have to say Move Shrewsbury is second to none spotlessly clean and a pleasant environment with an excellent treatment room. Charlie was professional informative patient and extremely knowledgeable explaining everything clearly to me. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely be returning

Fantastic experience: Great service. Charles is knowledgeable, friendly and sets expectations and treatment plan early. As a bigger bloke it's not often you find someone who has the strength or wingspan to manipulate joints and muscles, no issues with that here.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving monthly Sports Massages from Jenn for some years before she set up "MOVE". I have no doubt that the massage is beneficial even though she has "pointy elbows" which reach places that Carslberg can't! The booking system works well. I fully recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I was originally put in touch with Charlie as a referral to sort a shoulder injury and he was the nicest, most straight talking guy for my consultation. He was really informative and constructive with his treatment plan and fixed me up in a handful of sessions! Ready for me to start my Reformer Pilates with Jenn who is an absolute superstar, the classes are always varied and Jenn really prides herself on good form whilst pushing you to your limits. So lucky I found a local place such as Move I’ll be a customer for years to come and will shout from the rooftops my recommendation for such a lovely team!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jenn for Pilates and massages for about two years, and I wouldn't be without her now. She is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Fantastic experience: I have seen Charlie to avoid having low back pain and other issues with my hip and neck related to grappling/bjj. I have seen several Chiropractors in the past and Charlie is one of the most knowledgeable and competent Chiropractors ive had the pleasure of seeing. He is also a very good listener. I strongly recommend Charlie if you have any aches or pains!

Fantastic experience: Jen is a fantastic teacher able to apply years of experience and knowledge about the human body to her teaching practice. She has an ability to really identify imbalances and supported me to build confidence, strength and flexibility into my reformer work.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and care. I had a recurring neck injury from sport climbing and would frequently trap a nerve causing tingling sensations down my arms and fingertips. Had a few sessions with Charlie to sort the root cause of the pain followed by a few sessions with Jenny to alleviate the muscles around my back and neck. The team are attentive, knowledgeable and excellent value. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
