((BOUNCE)) Maida Vale would love to welcome you to our dance choreographed cardio workouts performed on mini trampolines for all levels! Come and try our low impact, high intensity, full body work out. It's fun, friendly and fierce! Clare and Becky run a Tues (7:15pm-8:15pm) and Thurs (7:15- 8:00pm) shorter, more intensive ((BOUNCE)) Blast class with hand weights. We look forward to welcoming you there! Feel free to message on Google or Instagram! Our classes are child-friendly which means you can bring your child along and if there's a spare trampoline they can bounce along too! If they are age 8 and over please book them a space as they can access the class!
