I used to think there was no way that I could lift weights, Vicki taught me how to and I actually discovered I could lift a lot more than I ever imagined. Fantastic experience: I discovered my love of weightlifting through Vicki! She is hugely encouraging and her attitude to fitness and pushing you is infectious! If you want her to join in on your session so she feels the burn she's more than willing! I'm yet to find another PT that I gelled with as much as I did Vicki, what was a huge loss to Essex is a rather huge gain to Cornwall!
