Fantastic experience: Really good all round exercise session in lovely surroundings, great to be outside after home working. Andy and Stu make sure every session is different and suitable for a range of abilities. Friendly group with a lot of laughs, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best fitness class that I’ve found. Really friendly atmosphere, and a proper good workout. I’ve found the class good at 9 months postpartum too as exercises can be modified whilst still recovering. Very sweaty! I feel stronger after just a couple of weeks. Fab.
