Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone who is looking to lose weight, build strength, gain confidence and have a better understanding of nutrition. Through his own transformation journey he really understands what you are going through and what your needs are. I have been a regular gym goer for a few years now but in the 3 months that I worked with Jay and with his experience I was able to push heavier weights just with some changes to technique and tempo. I can't thank you enough Jay!

Fantastic experience: Jayesh is an amazing PT. He’s so committed to getting you the results you want. I managed to lose a stone whilst training with him which I thought would never happen! I had never really done any weight training before and quite frankly didn’t know how to use most of the equipment in the gym. Before training with Jayesh, all I really ever did was cardio (treadmill, cross trainer). I’m so confident in the gym now and amazed how strong I’ve become. Training and keeping fit has become part of my lifestyle now and I’m so happy I chose to get a PT. I would genuinely recommend Jayesh to anyone!
Fantastic experience: I have a chance to work with Jay for some time. The passion he has to his work is amazing. Fantastic experience: Working with Jay was the best investment I made for myself. He taught me so much about fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. He has a very holistic approach to fitness and really spends the time tailoring plans to meet your needs. He has a very sustainable approach and focuses on building healthy habits that you apply to your day to day. Since working with Jay I’ve gained so much confidence in the gym and tried out lots of different exercises I was too afraid to try before. I never stepped foot in the free weights section but now it’s my favourite place to workout!

Fantastic experience: Working with Jay has been awesome and super insightful! Through the 8 week challenge, Jay was supportive, gave constructive feedback and was always there to answer any questions. Most importantly Jay was very informative and educated the group on why things like Water, Nutrition, Protein and generally moving through the day plays a huge factor in how you feel and performance in the gym. Jay also removed the mentality of using the scales as the only metric to judge how successful you are, instead to look at photos and also improvements in the gym and body measurements! This was super encouraging and motivating rather than looking at the scales and feeling deflated! Would highly recommend Jay as a PT!
Fantastic experience: As a complete novice to training in the gym, training with Jay has been so rewarding. Not only have I achieved the physical results that I have always wanted but Jay has helped me to develop my confidence and knowledge beyond the gym. Fantastic experience: Online coaching. I worked with Jay from March 2021 - July 2021. I had put on quite a bit of weight and was feeling unfit and not happy with the way I looked. Jay was encouraging right from the start, he put together a great nutrition and fitness plan. Being a vegetarian I was barely eating enough protein, Jay highlighted the importance of protein especially in regards to building muscle. It was tough at first, getting my diet right and finding the time to exercise, but with encouragement from Jay I kept going and after a while going for a walk first thing in the morning before work was something I didn't dread!. I even joined the gym and was lifting weights that I thought were too heavy. I started to get getting stronger and fitter and started to see my body shape change. I lost 10kg it was amazing. I treated myself to some new dresses for my upcoming holiday. Highly recommended Jay he is a great personal trainer/coach but also such a lovely guy.
Fantastic experience: I booked a block of sessions with Jayesh to help me use the equipment at the gym more efficiently as I felt that I wasn’t using them the way I really should. After these sessions, my workouts have completely changed and I’m now getting more “bang for buck” and results from my workouts. Jayesh pushed me to strengths I didn’t even know existed in my body and in one session helped me go from pushing 45kg to 79kg on the leg press. He’s able to show you workouts that he think will benefit you and help you achieve the goals you want. I highly recommend PTBYJP for 1:1 sessions and technique sessions!

Fantastic experience: I first met Jay at the gym where he’s always been happy to help share his knowledge and provide tips to improve my workouts. I recently joined his 8 week summer shape up program which gave me motivation to work towards my goals and held me accountable. After my pregnancy I lost a lot of my strength, especially in my lower back. Jay helped me gain my strength back slowly by showing me ways I can change positions during my workouts so I could lift heavier without feeling pain. Fantastic experience: Jay is an amazing coach, I achieved more with him in 1 yr than I was able to do myself in 15yrs. He is very particular about form to avoid injury. One of the many things I learnt from Jay was that you could eat anything you want as long as you have planned for it, which was a refreshing approach having always thought of foods being good or bad. Fantastic experience: I reached out to JP a few months before my wedding day. I saw his profile from a colleague of mine and was amazed by the changes that he had helped her achieve. Jayesh took the time on our initial phone call to find out more about me and my lifestyle. He wanted to know exactly what my goals were in terms of fitness and what sort of time frame I was looking at. After our first conversation he formulated a workout and food plan that I would be able to start with. He always ensured it was things that I could easily fit into my already hectic lifestyle. From the get go he was encouraging and proactive and always checking up on my progress with weekly reports of what to change in terms of technique and what was and wasn’t working for me. His advice was always easy to follow and implement. It was small changes which allowed for a lifestyle adjustment and mindset for ongoing fitness and not just a quick fix. He helped me lose 6.3kg in the build up to my wedding. This meant that I felt strong and confident in my wedding outfits. I began feeling more empowered to continue onwards and felt that I had more energy generally and was sleeping better with the changes that he had brought in. When I had to get my outfits tailored to fit smaller closer to my wedding events I could see the physical difference that had been made. A big turning point for me personally was being able to share my mum’s sari blouses which is not something I had been able to previously do. The advice he gave also had a positive impact on my family’s lifestyle, it meant I could explain his views to them and why training and building muscle to become stronger was important. With lifting weights I could feel my posture improving and my previous backache reducing as it strengthened. Looking back at photos from the wedding day I honestly couldn’t be happier with how far JP had helped me to be at my strongest. JP is a lovely, motivating and professional PT who I would recommend to anyone who is ready and willing to make lifestyle changes to improve their health.
Fantastic experience: I spent 3 months doing online coaching with Jayesh. By the end of the 3 months I had become more confident with going to the gym, more confident with using different equipment but most importantly it got me into a good routine and taught me how to eat healthier. I used to find going to the gym a chore something I had to do but now it’s something that I want and love to to do. Jayesh was always on hand for any questions and really put in time to make the coaching personalised to my goals!
Fantastic experience: I used PTBYJP to help educate myself on the right way to do things. I've used gyms and diets in the past with mixed results but found Jay's plan and focus really helped me to get results. He gave me lots of tips on working out correctly which really helps regardless of what activity you are doing. Fantastic experience: I trained with Jay for around 2months and i couldn’t be more happy about the results, -13lbs! I was pressing more kg than my bodyweight on the leg press which i never thought its possible. He made training enjoyable and he was also very motivating. I most definitely recommend him :)

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Jayesh for a lengthy period of time now and the most simple reason is... Results! I have had multiple PT's in the past but I have never really achieved the goals I wanted to reach. The guidance provided to the way I approach my training and my nutrition has been unrivaled. I started out at 76kg with my stomach popping out but now I am a lean 62kg with my abs out. Cannot recommend Jayesh enough!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Jayesh as a personal trainer enough. He personalises the exercise and meal plans to your needs and even helped me improve my diet to a point where I mainly eat nutritious food but even when I do steer away and eat fast food I can control the amount I eat so that it isn't a detriment to my body. His training sessions have really helped built my confidence in how I look at my body and loose weight in a more achievable manner. Plus he's a great person too and encourages you in the right way to achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Having Jay as a PT was probably one of the best decisions i made during our first lock down (back in march) usally i am very hesitant with having a PT however Jay really made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. He was very motivating and pushed me through all my work outs, for someone who has never really worked out or knew the right way of working out he really guided me through and through. Working out at home used to be such a chore for me, but with Jay's guidance and live workouts he really made me start enjoying it more and made me realise that you dont really NEED to go to the gym to loose weight or get lean it and it just as possible by working out from home. Over all, my whole experience with Jay was genuine and thoroughly enjoed my time with him as a trainee. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Jayesh during the lockdown period. It was a tough time as all gyms were closed and having recently started going ot the gym, my whole routine was out the window. Fantastic experience: Having joined a number of JP's Zoom workouts, I can attest to the value they bring. They're challenging with a mix of both upper and lower body exercises. There's also a load of mobility exercises which are helping with my range of movement. Overall, I'm getting stronger every day and JP himself is engaging as well as motivating. I would recommend him as an online trainer to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing 2 group sessions per week over the past 3-4 weeks. Each week I have noticed that the strength on my arms, core and legs has increased. Before I struggled with holding a plank position for 20 seconds, now I can reach 30 and with some more deep breaths (as Jayesh advises), I can get to 40 seconds. Jayesh understands the group's abilities are varied, so he also demostrates positions that would be more achievable for some of us. This which helps to keep you motivated to carry on with an exercise routine, especially right now when routines are hard to keep. Gracias for the fun sessions which are benefiting my physical and mental health.
