Fantastic experience: I started this class a few years ago now with my daughter and I love it!! We only go once a week but the difference it makes is amazing and it is so much fun, would highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: 24 Fit Derby are the only people that have managed to get me enjoying exercise, and actually stick with regular exercise! I absolutely love Pound and have become so much fitter as a result (you can of course exercise at your own level, which is brilliant), but I also dabble with Zumba which is a lot of fun! The instructors are fab and friendly and I would absolutely recommend anybody considering an exercise class to try 24 Fit Derby.

Fantastic experience: I have loved attending Pound with 24 Fit Derby. Kev is a great instructor and always makes you feel welcomed. He takes the time to provide tips on how to improve your technique and gives various options to make it easier or more challenging for you. The class is always full of laughter and great music. I’d recommend Pound for all ages.
