I can treat and advise on short term and long term back and neck problems, or can offer you just a deep tissue sports massage to relax the muscles and to help you to remain injury and pain free.

I provide a range of fitness classes, all of which are designed for all fitness levels and are aimed at making fitness fun yet effective for each individual. Live classes are based in the Hythe area and I also offer ZOOM classes in the comfort of your own home, or if you don't feel ready to join a group setting face to face.
