Fantastic experience: I must have walked past the entrance a thousand times without really noticing it. Inside and up the stairs is a lovely space for the Tai Chi class. I've been going for about six months now - a friendly group and Paul is a great teacher. He is very patient and encouraging while still keeping you focused on the form. Don't be fooled by how gentle Tai Chi looks - it is definitely a proper exercise session and very good for balance and flexibility.
