Fantastic experience: The right training ultimately comes down to your goals and whether they match with what the trainer can provide. What is fantastic about Alice is that she sat down and worked through my goals and assessed her ability to help with them. She was open, honest and humble. After speaking with Alice, we started working together. It has been incredible. Exercises that I've done a million times easily in circuits have become absolutely brutal because Alice ensures that you're doing them right. No shortcuts, no easy route..... and because you're doing it properly also no injuries. I find the sessions highly tailored, the advice great, and energy and enthusiasm infectious. I'm also hoping that if I write a nice review and say nice things about her that she'll take it easy on me and not have me do those flippin' monster walks :) Training sessions and classes are ultimately a very personal thing and different things will work for different people but I can't recommend Alice highly enough and she's given me a renewed passion for working out.

Fantastic experience: I completed four sessions with Alice to try to address some injury issues I was having. She was so helpful and really took the time to listen to what problems I had and what I wanted to address, and then tailored the sessions to match that. She was also able to adapt and develop them as we went through so that they were always challenging but manageable. She is friendly, encouraging, and knows how to get the most out of you to make a session worthwhile - and her playlists are amazing!

Fantastic experience: Alice is inspiring, motivating and supportive. I love going to her classes. She achieves a great balance between challenge and adaptability so that you can push yourself to the extent that you need and want. She always offers alternatives, and care is given to individual development even within a class context - she makes sure you are doing things correctly and gives you a little push to work harder! 100% recommend!
