Fantastic experience: I have attended Tina’s group fitness classes for the last four years and they have had a big impact on my fitness level and overall well being. As an office worker, I rely on these classes to relieve shoulder strain and build core strength. I’ve been to Tina’s strength (weights) classes, fitness Pilates and the Saturday morning mix tape class which is a full body workout to well known songs. The classes are inclusive and well structured, building up gradually which really reduces the risk of strains and injuries. They are fun and you don’t notice the time go by, which is really important if you want to build good habits and stick with an exercise plan. Tina often suggests a range of ways to exercise particular muscle groups to accommodate a range of fitness levels and abilities. These are excellent classes, don’t hesitate to give them a go!

Fantastic experience: Tina is a friendly teacher who runs a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. I've thoroughly enjoyed her pilates classes and as a result feel stronger and more flexible/toned! Very glad to have found LHM Heath & Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first experience with individual Personal Training and a Stretch and Strengthen Group with Tina LHM Health Fitness. As an older person I was initially apprehensive. However, Tina made the individual sessions particularly helpful to my needs. Her guidance was clear and motivating. I really enjoy the group sessions too. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone wanting to get fit, at any age.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Tina after major illness and surgery as I wanted to get back my stamina and my strength. Tina is focused on helping me achieve these goals and we started from very basic moves which were extremely difficult for me. As time has gone on, the moves have become more challenging as I have started to build myself up again. Tina has been very patient with me and always adjusts a move if I am not able to do it. She always gears my sessions to exactly what I need and builds the sessions in a way that will help me the most. She doesn’t use a one size fits all approach and really listens to what my goals and needs are. I look forward to the sessions every week and feel much better after each one. Tina is a great PT and always gives care and consideration to the person she is training.
It’s been a pleasure working with you Maria and I look forward to our new year strategy to help you reach your next goal… let’s just hope it doesn’t rain
Fantastic experience: So happy to have found Tina’s classes! I’ve been attending Strength Training and Fitness Pilates classes for over a year, and others when I can manage it, and I love them all. I feel stronger, fitter and have made some lovely new friends!

Fantastic experience: Having started these classes since April this year, I am definitely feeling the benefit of the Strength training with weights and Pilates. The classes are helping me with core fitness, stress management, energy, flexibility and balance. I go each week without dread, knowing I’ll feel far better for it thanks to an instructor who is passionate about wellbeing & fitness. Give it a try as you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Tina’s clssses are so friendly! I was very anxious in starting exercising in a group after many years! Tina made me feel at ease and I really enjoy her Saturday morning class I have a back and knee issues and Tina is always aware and gives me alternative moves
