Ouch Potato Thirsk

Fantastic experience: Steve and the PT team are fab. Gym is for all shapes and sizes and levels of fitness. Lots of friendly faces, words of encouragement. A real fitness community. Highly recommended if you want to have fun whilst getting/staying fit.

Fantastic experience: I was the epitome of a couch potato- paying for a gym membership that was barely being utilized and opting for an evening in front of the TV instead of getting out to move. Until... One day whilst walking down the high street I noticed this wonderful bright green establishment with a jolly looking skipping potato on the window. I chuckled but could somehow immediately relate. Intrigued, I contacted Steve and decided to give it a go. I've now been going for two weeks. It's early days, but I can already feel my body changing and my attitude to exercise shifting. Steve's been welcoming and encouraging and everyone has been very friendly. I highly recommend joining the potato community!!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying sessions at Ouch Potato with Steven, small group PT. I’ve never trained at a gym or lifted weights, more of a yoga bunny, but Steven is excellent. Gives clear direction, encouragement and I feel like I’m really making progress. I’m already stronger, other users are lovely and supportive.
