Fantastic experience: Without being too dramatic Aly has changed my life! I started last summer as a complete couch potato with a weekly group circuits class and did exercises I'd never attemped before, Aly was patient, helpful, full of encouragement and made exercise fun! As my fitness, strength and confidence rapidly grew I started weekly 121 sessions which are specifically designed for you to focus on whatever goals you have. Aly constantly pushes me to the next level and because of all we have achieved in these sessions I'm now about to attempt my first 10k run. Whatever your level of fitness, Aly will get you to your goals.

Fantastic experience: Aly is fantastic as a personal trainer. I need help to get motivated and Aly has the right combination of giving confidence, pushing without being pushy, and making you feel like you are making progress, even if you can't see it yourself. She is excellent at ensuring you get your technique right in order to minimise any chance of injury and freely gives advice on aspects of your exercise regime, even if not directly related to sessions with her. I love Thursday circuits, one of the highlights of my week!
