Fantastic experience: Classes at The Lifestyle Studios are the best start to my day. I have been going to Vic’s classes for about 18 months now and in that time my fitness levels and overall health has improved massively. The classes are suitable for all abilities and it’s such a welcoming place to workout, with a lovely supportive bunch of ladies. There’s something for everyone from strength training to Pilates. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Vic for just over a year and have enjoyed every session. Vic is so understanding and supportive. Vic is so encouraging and wants to get the best out of all her ladies. Not only is the class intimate so it’s less daunting as a “unfit” girlie but the ladies are so lovely and kind too. No judgement zone. Vic thankyou for making me feel comfortable in my own body again!!

Comfortable atmosphere, challenging but at the right level for you, variety (I don't think I've EVER done the same workout twice) and an accommodating timetable. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Vic’s classes for a few years now. Vic really makes you feel at ease, she talks you through the exercises and knows how to push each individual person she trains. The classes are small, friendly and different every time you go, I don’t think I have ever done the same session twice! I really enjoy the sessions and the people, we all have a laugh. I really do recommend The Lifestyle Studios to anybody, no matter your ability or fitness Vic will make it work for you!
