Fantastic experience: My daughter had her birthday party here recently and she and her friends had a ball. Would highly recommend. Also anyone looking for something abit different to do as well as getting fit. Would highly recommend the both the adult & kids classes. For myself, everyone is so friendly and you take it to your own ability. Never think you are to old to try something new as age is only a number. My daughter loves her class that she does and always progressing her skills within each class. Instructors are great. They are so friendly and well as having a laugh. Makes you feel as if your one big happy family.

Lisa is absolutely fab with all the kids and was non stop for the whole party and takes care of everything from start to finish would highly recommend studio-x for your child's party. Fantastic experience: Would 10/10 recommended Studio-X to everyone! Whether you are looking for a children's class, adult class or birthday party they have you covered. Both my daughters attend the Circus Skills classes and I also attend the adults aerial class. The instructors are brilliant and make you feel safe and at ease in their classes. Its been brilliant for growing confidence in all 3 of us. The party packages are also fantastic value, where you can sit back, enjoy and let the children have a great time doing something exciting and a little bit different!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this place enough! Had my 50th bungee hit here and also my kids 13th birthday party. We the BEST time ever and really crosses the generational divide. Suitable from 5-65!!! Really relaxed setting so even if you are unfit like me they make it so much fun you forget the exercise element. Party packages fantastic value too. Will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Amazing doesn't describe it. I have a daughter who suffers with anxiety, and this class has been an absolute Godsend for her! She actively looks forward to her class. Her teacher has commented on how she's gaining confidence. This class has also helped her with her body confidence as she's of the age she's convinced she's "fat". She's told "strong is best". Doesn't matter what shape you are. 100% thoroughly recommend, just wish I was bendy enough to do some of the exercises!

I was super nervous about attending my first pole fit class but Lisa could not be more welcoming and is a brilliant teacher who always makes every class fun and challenging, whilst being supportive and encouraging all of us to do our best! It has boosted my confidence more than ever

Fantastic experience: I attend the Powerhoop classes here and love them! The instructors are great, very knowledgeable and have done wonders for my confidence. A very welcoming studio with a whole host of classes on offer. Handy being in the centre of town and close to the bus station/train station. Would highly recommend Studio-X.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Studio X enough! I was a bit nervous before going along to a pole fit class but I was made to feel welcome straight away. Everyone is so supportive. The classes are challenging but so much fun. It’s the best way to work out. After 2 classes I was hooked and now I’m obsessed with pole fit! My little girl (6) also goes to the circus classes and raves about them. Absolutely love Studio X

Fantastic experience: Both my boys have been attending the kids circus classes for the last few months. They love it, their strength and confidence has grown loads since starting. The studio is fantastic and welcoming with great instructors. So many classes on offer every day of the week. Private lessons and parties are also options.
