Fantastic experience: I can't rate BBB highly enough. I've been a member for nearly 4 years now and I'm totally hooked. The classes are varied, challenging and fun, led by experienced instructors who always know how to encourage and inspire you. What I love most though is the community they have built. It is warm, friendly and welcoming - unlike any other class or gym I've ever been to (and I've been to a LOT!) The only downside - trying to walk gracefully down those stairs when my legs feel like jelly!!!

Fantastic experience: A real hidden gem. There is something special about this place and thats because it isn't like any other gym or fitness place. It is a beautiful community of people who get together and not only share fitness goals, but also meet informally and experience many of the wonderful events and retreats on offer all year round. The instructors are 10/10 and really care about the students and are exceptionally dedicated and motivated. I absolutely love this place and it is my little haven and pick me up when I need to get in some exercise, have a natter, and just feel positive and perky once again. There are many classes on offer throughout the day right from 7am to 9pm most days. I have tried other gyms before and they just dont hit the mark. These instructor led classes are much more focused in strengthening, conditioning and increasing mobility at all ages. Well done Michyla !

Fantastic experience: The instructors and classes here are top quality and there is a great selection including barre, Pilates and yoga, at various times of the day. There is a real community spirit and it is a great place to make new friends.

Fantastic experience: I came here after a lower back injury causing sciatica in the hopes it will help. Not only has my pain gone completely, I have quickly built a lot of strength and all my body and I have never felt so good! The first class was hard and a shock to the system but I love the challenge, there are alternatives options when I’m struggling too much. The instructors clearly have a wide breadth of knowledge, I have done 3 different classes with 5 different women who all offer a variety of fun, interesting exercises in a variety of classes. The studio is beautiful, the teachers are kind and encouraging and the people who attend make it a warm nice place to come. I’m honestly blown away and never want to leave, thank you so much for all you’ve done for me!

Fantastic experience: I recently organised and attended a corporate wellness day at Body Barre Boutique for my team. We've been facing substantial pressures lately, and it's been challenging to connect and reflect on our achievements and the obstacles we've encountered. The event was hosted by the incredibly talented Charlotte Montgomery from Satya Sanctuary. It struck the perfect balance between enjoyment and relaxation, providing us with a much-needed opportunity to recharge. We began with a Yoga Trapeze session, followed by stress management techniques, and finished the day with meditation and yoga. The Body Barre Studio, with its beautiful decor and lovely ambiance, provided the ideal setting for our wellness day. I cannot recommend the experience enough; it was exactly what we needed! Fantastic experience: An absolute sanctuary in the middle of Cheadle Hulme. The classes offered are fantastic and the online sessions through lockdown have been excellent. I can't wait for it to reopen

Fantastic experience: I had my first lesson with Michyla this morning. It was a beginners class, but wow, could I feel it!!! Michyla is so lovely, understanding and really explained what we were going to do and what muscle groups we were working. The class was fun and fast paced, although I felt like we were working to my abilities. I really loved the ballet moves and found then challenging. Looking forward to going back for another class and progressing onto Barre Classic. Anyone debating booking a class, just go for it!!
