Fantastic experience: What an amazing friendly and welcoming place. It is worth the 2 hour drive to train here with a massive variety of equipment and a great group of people. Great value for money no matter which option you choose. If you fancy entering a competition then there are regular ones put on here which are loads of fun! Definitely a great place to go if you are looking to start training but maybe feeling nervous as everyone Is very supportive.

Fantastic experience: I visited the gym before the upgrade and it was a fantastic gym then, Unfortunately it’s about a 3 hour round trip for me but it’s well worth it, the staff were great and always on hand to offer any advice or just for a chat. -The equipment is top quality and very well maintained. -There is a huge variety of equipment that a lot of gyms don’t offer. -The gym itself offers a environment where you can’t help but get pumped as soon as you walk through the door. -The pricing is really affordable that even after such a long drive it still isn’t expensive. -A very friendly/welcoming gym regardless of abilities. I’ve been following the renovations and have to say it looks incredible, I can’t wait to return for another session this time I’ll be bringing more friends with me all of which are very excited to train here. Fantastic experience: Brilliant place, and more than a gym! Its a hub for strength training.... Very well thought out gym that's welcoming to all, felt straight at home from the start... full machine set up, deadlift platforms, squat racks, massive dumbbell selection, axels, farmers, yoke, log, stones, bars and more! Staff are a wealth of knowledge with some of the most aspiring athletes in the south training and offering support and tips!, Classes and local run competitions! If you fancy trying something new, starting from scratch or a seasoned athlete in strength sports this place is amazing..... and best of all its value!
