She made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped through the door and guided me through each of the moves whilst also offering progressions. I highly recommend a visit to this gorgeous studio! Fantastic experience: I did a class at Core Flex Pilates and loved it. The studio is gorgeous with lots of natural light, and the reformer beds are spacious and well set up. The class itself was a great level of challenging, I felt pushed in a good way, but everything was clearly explained and easy to follow. The instructor had great cueing and the sequence flowed really well. I’d definitely recommend Core Flex Pilates if you’re looking for a quality reformer Pilates class in a beautiful space. I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: I attended a core flex class on Friday morning - love the location, cutest studio and as a first timer my instructor (Jay) was amazing !! she made me feel very comfortable being new and made sure I knew what I was doing. I never felt like I was getting left behind in the class but also was a really good workout! 100% will be back xxx

Perfect class size and wonderful attentive instructor making the class run expertly and smoothly. Will most definitely come again and make it my regular exercise class.

Fantastic experience: A really beautiful and welcoming space - I loved the Core Flex class with Georgia which was challenging, engaging, and catered for all different abilities with lots of variations/props offered throughout. As a newcomer to reformer, Georgia also made me feel super comfortable with the reformer machine, explaining exercises clearly and offering great adjustments. Fantastic experience: I had my session with Alba whom was able to make me appreciate every second of it. The class was challenging although she was very caring by frequently checking on me and providing different solutions when I wasn't feeling up to the class level. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I recently tried this amazing boutique Pilates studio and I loved it !!! They are all very nice , both reception and trainers . I had a few lessons with Alba , she s great and very precise and her routines always different . The studio is perfect , they provide all you need and there is a great peaceful vibe. It s always tidy and very bright.. it makes the experience even better ! Defenetly recommended

Instructors are clear with their instructions and have a good flow between their movements. They quickly access your skill level and cater to your strengths and weaknesses- hard to come by in a group class!
