Fantastic experience: What a place! I love all the classes at the Wellfit warehouse. My heart will always belong to Rockbox really but I do love Bangin' and Broadway Boogie too. Great instructors who work you hard but always make you know you can do what's being asked. Special shout outs to owner Jade for being an utter legend, to Nic D who is the most energetic and positive person ever (her Rockbox on a Tuesday morning is the high point of my week) and to Ali who has finally persuaded this aging runner that my hips can move side to side as well as in a straight line. The spin class is the least bad spin I've ever tried (have tried many over the years and will acknowledge it's just not for me but spin with Jade is just about the only spin class I'd ever agree to do again!) The thing that makes the Wellfit Warehouse stand out for me is the absolutely no judgement friendly welcome you get every single time. Yes there are regulars but every newbie is welcomes and it's the only gym I've been to where there truly is no cliqueiness at all. Regardless of your size, shape, age, fitness or gender there's a place for you here
