Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Tom and NG Sweat highly enough. After falling out of my fitness routine it took a while to find the right place to regain my confidence and love for it. Right from enquiry and Tom calling to put me at ease to now it’s been amazing. The support is fantastic, sessions varied and just a really great bunch of people! I’ve seen results in a short space of time and just love the non judgemental encouraging environment you get with NG Sweat. It’s so much more than a gym and Tom has a great lifestyle approach to reaching your goals

Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for the six week program, but I loved it so much and have been going to NGSweat for nearly 6 months now. Tom has been very encouraging throughout my time, I managed to hit my fitness goal and enjoyed each moment (which I didn’t expect to). Aside from that, the atmosphere is unlike larger gyms that can be intimidating. As a beginner I felt very comfortable. I initially joined with knee pains and Tom was able to take that into account through the sessions. My knee has since gotten stronger and I do not experience any pain. My overall strength has gone up and I feel great and fit.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the six-week programme hoping to improve my fitness levels and I’m still here 18 months later. I could never ever imagine enjoying exercise but now I can’t imagine life without Toms sessions. Each session is different, which is perfect if you get bored with routine like me, and Tom is skilled at adapting each exercise to your own capabilities. My strength and fitness are improving all the time, I feel the fittest I’ve ever felt! Tom’s encouragement and expertise means that I continue to progress and push my limits which I would be less likely to do in a gym on my own. We are a real diverse group of women and together with Tom, it’s a lovely atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming, supportive, and friendly and most importantly we have a laugh, encourage each other, and celebrate our wins. For me, NG Sweat is not just about improving fitness, it’s about increasing confidence and body positivity, the social aspect of exercising with others and improving knowledge around nutrition so you can make mindful and healthy choices. Who’d have thought that exercise could be such fun!

Fantastic experience: I found NG Sweat when looking for a personal trainer as I was suffering daily with knee pain and so was looking for someone who was understanding and could help me get stronger. Tom did just that!! I initially joined the 6 weeks programme but loved it so much that I stayed on. The exercises can be tailored to each individual meaning classes are open to all abilities, they are also varied and Tom is very supportive whilst still holding me accountable to go that little bit further (which I wouldn’t do just on my own) and he also shares lots of information to help keep us on track with nutrition, exercise, etc. My knee has improved, the daily pain is gone and I feel much stronger. On top of that all the ladies are really lovely and I get such a positive feeling after each class. 1000% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fab - thanks to NG SWEAT, regular exercise has become a part of my life. Tom is fantastic - really supportive, and always makes you feel like you’re doing a great job. The small group sessions are perfect - you feel like you’re getting a personalised session but without the pressure (and expense!) of a 1:1. Would 10000000% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend NG Sweat enough. My fitness levels have improved so much and continue to do so. I feel so much better. Tom is committed to helping each and every member to achieve their full potential on their fitness journey. Every session is different, the gym has a lovely atmosphere, everyone there is so friendly and it’s a lovely like minded little community. I’ve lost inches in 6 weeks… definitely worth every penny, if you are stuck in a rut and have excess covid weight that won’t go away!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 6 week transformation and I am honestly amazed and delighted with the results, I have lost inches, improved my fitness, lost body fat and increased muscle mass; but most importantly I have loved every session! Fantastic experience: I contacted Tom some months after having my second baby. I wanted to get back into shape but I did not want to just sign up to a big gym with little/no support. This is especially as I had not exercised properly for months… Right from the offset, Tom was contactable and was there to discuss my objectives and goals. Tom (and each and every member) have been so welcoming since I started at NG Sweat and it is very much a community. Every session is different - challenging but enjoyable(!) and Tom is there to guide you throughout each session. I have noticed a massive difference in my health - both physical and mental. I would not hesitate, at all, to recommend Tom and NG Sweat to any friends/family.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across this looking for a personal trainer, and I can honestly say it's the best thing I did. The sessions are amazing and I've never felt so comfortable working out. Each session is completely different to the next, I feel I have learnt so much. Tom does his absolute best to make you feel welcome and all the ladies are lovely!. Even though each session can have upto 6 people in, Tom does his best to tailor each session to your personal needs. If your looking for somewhere not so crowded and intimidating then I could not recommend this place enough. Im currently on the 6 week programme and will definitely be staying on with Tom.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week body transformation at NG SWEAT and am now on an ongoing membership. I didn't join this gym to loose weight, I wanted to transform my mind, productivity, give myself focus and do something positive for ME. I've always dabelled in exercise but nothing has stuck. I haven't missed a single session with Tom and why would I, the results, the atmosphere and the feeling when I've completed a session is addictive. I started here at a good place physically but I have toned up, gained muscle and lost fat. I wish it was summer to show off. My mind is clearer and I look forward to getting up and walking over in the dark winter mornings to get to an 8am class, they are usually where I hit my PBs! (Id NEVER sign up for an 8am class prior) Really, these hiit classes are something else. If you are looking to do something for your own well being then NG SWEAT is where it is at. Tom is truly passionate at he's job and is a real nice human. He also has a doggy to pet while waiting for the classes to start. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: During my time at NG sweat I have not only made huge improvements in my fitness but also my confidence in every aspect. Toms continuous support and motivation in helping you achieve your personal goals is amazing. Not only Tom but the group of girls have been nothing but welcoming and make every session enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I joined NG Sweat for the 6-week programme and now I'm completely hooked. I was initially sceptical about what I could achieve in 6 weeks but this experience has been completely life changing. Before I started, I was at a low point in my life, I'd put on a lot of weight and had very little energy and struggled with basic activities like household chores. Now, I don't even recognise myself as the same person. The benefits I have noticed are so extensive I could write an essay on it but in brief, I have: more energy, better quality sleep, better mood, increased confidence, milder menstrual cramps, increased muscle tone, and increased strength. I have gone from a size 14-16 in jeans to a size 12. If I had known I could make this much progress in 6 weeks I would have done it a lot sooner! Tom is an excellent motivator, he is friendly and approachable, the atmosphere in the studio is light and fun. The women who attend the classes are incredibly supportive and we all cheer each other on. I really look forward to the workouts, I like the variety and the broad range of equipment because it means we’re always trying something new. Tom provided me with a nutrition plan, and I have enjoyed learning about the composition of different foods so that I can make healthier choices whilst still feeling full, and enjoying my meals! There is lots of support available, Tom has created reading materials on different topics (e.g. protein), and there’s a recipe book which I use on a daily basis. I have learnt how to eat to fuel my body and lose weight without the use of a restrictive diet. I would highly recommend NG Sweat to anyone looking to make positive changes to their health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Tom enough! Following a stint of injuries and covid I had struggled to stick to any gym routine for more than a few weeks and then I found NG Sweat. I originally joined the 6 week programme to get myself back on track and have now fully signed. Whereas before I would be looking for an excuse not to be able to make the gym, I am now making excuses to make sure I can fit in my sessions each week. Everyone is so friendly and supportive and with no session being the same it gives me something to look forward to after work. Yes, the sessions are tough but Tom structures them in a way that you don’t realise what you have achieved until the end and is more than happy to tailor to everyone’s individual needs.

Fantastic experience: This is the first exercise class that I’ve stuck at in my adult life! I absolutely love the sessions and have really built my strength and balance since starting. Tom is brilliant - really fun and motivating, and every session is different, challenging in a good way, and flies by. He also tweaks all of the exercises to suit each person in the session, so you get personalised training but in a fab small group setting. The atmosphere and togetherness in the wider group of ladies is really lovely, and that means every session (with a maximum of six) is really welcoming and supportive. I honestly cannot recommend NG Sweat enough!

Where do I start..I've been going gym off and on for the past few years and this is the first time I've been so consistent and motivated. I can already see results! Fantastic experience: A friend of mine had recommended NG Sweat to me as a positive and fun place to exercise, meet a lovely group of people and she was right. I was at a low point before I signed up to the 6 week body transformation challenge, I had been trying to loose weight for the last 8 months and hadn’t shed a pound. Tom at NG Sweat is lovely, he’s positive, motivational and makes the exercise group sessions fun and different every time. Tom also listens to your concerns, I have a back injury and was worried about how exercise would affect it, but through taking a careful approach at the early stages I’m now lifting 20kg, something I didn’t think was possible. I have just finished the 6 week challenge and I have been amazed by the changes in me, not only in my body shape and weight but I’m so much happier. So If you’re looking for a new place to exercise, I would highly recommend joining NG Sweat, I was someone who never enjoyed exercise but that has completely changed, since I now look forward to the sessions and I’ve now signed up for the long term!

Fantastic experience: I signed up to NG Sweat for a 6 week course, doing 3 sessions a week and have loved it so much that I’m signing up for membership. Tom is a brilliant instructor and pushes people to stretch themselves a bit further with each session and does so in a really supportive way. After 6 weeks I feel so much stronger, fitter, have more energy and can start to see the difference in my body shape. The classes are small and the other members are lovely - it’s a very supportive community. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tom's classes are amazing. We work in small groups but it feels very individual, which is excellent for different ages and fitness levels. My overall fitness has improved massively, I've lost weight, toned up and feel great! Love these friendly sessions!!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? I have always enjoyed exercise but have recently found the local well-known gyms are full of people hogging equipment while monitoring their socials & then you have to exit via the coffee shop to get out. As a busy, working parent I was ready to give up as a one hour session at my local David Lloyd gym was regularly becoming two hours (with 60 minutes of that was waiting around). I saw a Facebook add for NG Sweat and was intrigued. It is local to me in West Bridgford so I my get the steps up by walking to / from (about 4,000 each day) and the 6-week transformation program was exactly what I was looking for, so I contacted Tom. And am very glad that I did. The sessions are fast paced, 45 minutes of HIIT which I love. Tom himself is great at motivating individuals in the class and the other women in there just gel with you as if by magic. Everyone is there to train at their own pace and Tom pitches the sessions at your individual level even though there will be up to 6 of you in the room. It's the best group PT I have ever come across and I can only recommend it. When I now do three round trips of almost 3 hours to the gym (if I walk / run down) then every minute of that contributes to my weekly fitness hours. After 6 weeks? I can tuck my shirt back into my trousers and breathe out without looking bloated, I have stacks of energy, my body fat has reduced, I have a positive mindset around healthy eating and exercise again and the snacking, which was probably down to boredom, has gone. In line with many others before me, I have joined NG-Sweat on an on-going basis. NG-Sweat will suit all women - I can't recommend Tom highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Tom at NG Sweat is just positively awesome, I don’t give compliments lightly, trust me. I started back in November feeling fat & frumpy. A small women only class appealed to me. I couldn’t do a plank, barely more than a couple of sit-ups and definitely not burpees. Now after committing to 3 sessions a week I’m over 20kg lighter and loving life again. Burpees are still not my favourite but I’m slowly improving! Having the support of Tom and such a lovely group of ladies has enriched my life - we have regular socials which I thoroughly enjoy. I’m committed now to seeking better health and a commitment to regular classes is an absolute must for me. If you’re thinking about joining us, please do it! You won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: If I could give NG SWEAT 10 stars I would! I have had three personal trainers before and never stuck to any of them. I have also never really been into exercise, and despite trying various gyms, dance classes, exercise groups etc I have never stuck to anything....until I joined NG Sweat. Tom is absolutely fantastic....he is so supportive and knowledgeable and never ever judgemental. His enthusiasm is infectious and he keeps everyone motivated throughout the sessions. The ladies in the group are also so friendly and encouraging. The only competition in the group is with yourself. It really is like a family and I look forward to my sessions every week - that's something I could never had said about any exercise I have done in the past. Going to NG SWEAT never feels like a chore, but it is hard work! Tom keeps you going for the whole 45 minutes so no time is wasted and afterwards you feel exhausted but on a huge high. It is also really good value for money compared to 1-2-1 PTs. With Tom you get all the benefits of a PT - i.e. he knows exactly what level everyone is at and works with them individually - but you don't get the huge price tag. I honestly cannot recommend Tom and NG SWEAT enough. If you want a workout routine that is challenging, fun and will get you in shape do not hesitate to join up. It is changing my life and improving my shape and fitness every week - I cannot wait to see how I continue to progress with Tom's help. Thank you NG SWEAT.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a place to get fit, tone up and give your body the attention it deserves these small PT sessions are absolutely perfect…… I signed up for this 10 weeks ago and I’m loving every session….. I’ve dropped weight, got more energy and can fit all of this around working full time. Tom is the perfect mixture of “Let’s do this” & “I’m going to support you all the way” The best fitness plan I’ve ever done and lots of laughs along the way.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week transformation programme due to lack of exercise since Covid and I have not regretted it since. My motivation for exercise has come back and with this I have managed to lose weight and a few inches off- which is always a good thing :), my nutrition and sleep are better and I have so much more energy. Tom motivates you to achieve your best and to also go outside your comfort zone, you also have his support outside of the sessions as well. I love that it is circuit training which is brilliant for me and I have done exercises that I would never have done in the gym! The atmosphere is amazing and all the ladies too and in between working hard in the class, everyone still has time to have a laugh. I have loved doing the six week programme that I have signed up to stay on longer :)

Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for the 6-week transformation programme and I’m so glad I did!  It’s a really friendly, welcoming environment, and Tom really encourages you to push yourself to achieve your fitness goals - as a result I’m feeling stronger and fitter than ever.  The 45-minute sessions fly by with a great variety of strength and cardio.   The small class sizes are ideal, and the environment is really friendly and supportive – and fun!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week transformation and now I’ve signed up for more! Not only do I look better but I feel so much better. The sessions are challenging but the atmosphere that Tom has created means that everyone is encouraging and I feel motivated to push myself.The sessions are well planned and it’s the first time I have exercised properly to get the most out of it which means I have seen the results quickly. He has also been able to adapt sessions to meet my needs with a prior injury. I’m definitely hooked and I never thought I’d be someone to say that!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I joined NG SWEAT for a 6 week body transformation programme and have now joined fully. Having hated exercise all of my life, I have finally found a gym that I actually enjoy going to at the age of 40! NG SWEAT is a ladies only gym, all ages and levels of fitness, very friendly and Tom is incredibly supportive. Included in your membership is access to an app that encourages you to think about nutrition and daily habits. If you are not a fan of big groups then there are no more than six women at a time, but it feels like a PT session with the added bonus of other women to share the session with which makes it more affordable. Tom is very encouraging and motivates you beyond anything you thought possible! I’m so impressed with the results in just 6 weeks. I have so much more energy, my nutrition has improved, I’m stronger, more toned, sleep better and feel more confident in myself. Tom teaches you the information you need to help you achieve your own personal goal and takes into account any old injuries or niggles you might have, so adapts exercises for you. Sessions are different so you don’t get bored like you would in the routine of a gym session that you have to put together on your own. NG SWEAT is such a positive environment to transform yourself into the you that you want to be. I can’t recommend the gym enough.

Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for a 6 week transformation programme and who knew I’d be signing up for more?! I can’t say I’ve ever ‘enjoyed’ training but you soon become ‘hooked’ on the sessions; a combination of sharing the experience with a lovely group of people, each class being different from the last to make each one interesting, great tunes to keep us motivated and working hard, seeing and feeling results in a short space of time and of course, most importantly, the PT Tom, who has such a great motivating, fun and positive energy, who pushes each one of us individually rather than as a generic group. I’ve really struggled in the past to find the motivation and actually remain committed to exercise, but everyone encourages each other and classes are incredibly fun and well structured. The studio is set up with a variety of gym kit and it is very clear that Tom certainly puts a lot of time into planning each session. I highly recommend Tom at NG SWEAT and a huge thank you for the support and encouragement

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing 6-week transformation program that WORKS! Fantastic experience: After lockdown and not having the motivation to go back to my gym, I came across Toms add on Instagram. We had a video call and I signed up for the 6 week program. I have since continued my sessions after the initial 6 week period and I have to say, I’m loving it. Tom is great at what he does, he is motivational and will push you to achieve the goals you want, but not in a scary Sergeant Major kind of way. He is a lot of fun which makes the workouts much more pleasurable. You have access to online workouts if you are unable to make your weekly session which is an added bonus. Also lots of nutritional advice and coaching if that is what you’re looking for. I really like the fact that the classes are small so Tom is able to give individual guidance on executing an exercise correctly which you don’t get in a gym. I have definitely seen many positive changes in my body shape and my energy levels are at an all time high. I can honestly say I do not push myself enough going it alone in the gym so for me this is money well spent

Fantastic experience: I have been going to NG Sweat for a number of weeks now staying on with Tom after the 6 week transformation programme. I am thoroughly enjoying it after wasting time and money at my local gym. Tom is so encouraging and pushes you through every session. Every session is different with only a maximum of 6 people, I have lost a dress size already and feel sooo much better in myself. Keep up the good work Tom !!!

Fantastic experience: I've joined Tom's session since September this year and I have enjoyed so much that I've continue my sessions. Tom is able to help me focus on my goals and is always very motivating. The small group size of all female only helps as I don't feel alone in this journey and all the others are also very helpful. I initially joined with the aim to lose weight and to get my fitness back. But I have also realised that it helps mentally too. I do suffer from my significant back pain and Tom has always been kind enough to adapt the exercises for me and even try to work with me to improve my back for which I am grateful for. I have been recommending my friends to join too! It's not often that I find an exercise regime that suits me and one that I'm comfortable with. I highly recommend Tom. All the girls are very motivating too :)

Fantastic experience: After getting stuck in a bit of an exercise rut after lockdown, the 6-week program was just what I needed to give me a boost back into training. Tom is an amazing PT - super positive and motivational, and really knows his stuff. He was very supportive, and worked hard to make sure the program delivered the results I was looking for. The small group setting is just right - there's enough of you that you feel a lovely team atmosphere that helps you push each other on, but the group is small enough that you still benefit from lots of one on one coaching that makes sure you're getting the most out of every session. The gym set up was also very impressive, with loads of fun kit that Tom adapts to make every class different. Would fully recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST fitness decision I've ever made! Tom is brilliant at working with your fittness goals and truly understands where every individual is on their fittness journey and every session tailored for you. I've never continued with the gym, the aerobics classes, spinning classes etc .. What sets Tom's approach apart from others? I started in September and still going!! It's So much fun! You know what you're going to work on by the way Tom explains each session. It's totally motivating and inspiring. Everyone has different goals but all feel equal. You WILL realise how much you're capable of. So if you feel, 'I'm ready to get fit and look after me', then I would recommend NG SWEAT!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 6 week course and I highly recommend NG Sweat to anyone looking to get fitter, healthier and to get that Beach Bod ready! Group sizes are ideal, sessions 45mins with lots of variety in exercises and easy to use app to book onto session and get nutrition advise. So get sweaty and work hard… you will get amazing results in just 6 weeks!

Fantastic experience: Six weeks ago I would not even dreamed of achieving such great results in this short period of time! The six week program that Tom build really transforms our bodies. I cannot recommend this enough, from the team spirit within the group classes to the one-o-one’s that will just push you extra harder together with the nutrition advice and delicious recipes available on his program, we have half the work done to succeed…the other half is just that willpower to improve and do better in each class. I’ve finished my 6 week program and I’m definitely gonna continue… still a bit more work to be done for me. This has changed my life!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 6 week transformation and am over the moon with the results! Not only do I look better and healthier, but more importantly I feel it too. I feel more positive, stronger and have loads more energy. I was really nervous about trying to get healthier and fitter - I was worried that I wasn’t going to be able to do it, and was going to embarrass myself. It turns out I needn’t have worried at all - if you feel like that too then NG Sweat is definitely the place to go! The classes are small (no more than 6) so it never felt daunting like lots of gyms do. Every class is different, which makes it interesting and challenging. Tom is brilliant at encouraging accountability and effort in a really positive way. He knows each team member’s individual strengths and areas to work on, and is always available to offer support and advice to help you achieve your goals. The atmosphere at the sessions is always really supportive and positive, and the rest of the ladies are absolutely awesome . I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I’ve now signed up to stay on (it was a no-brainer!) and can’t wait to continue the journey with the NG Sweat team.

Fantastic experience: The 6 week transformation programme is motivating, energising and supportive. Its by far the best PT programme I have experienced and small group classes are the perfect recipe for feeling motivated and accountable. If you are teetering on the edge of signing up my advice is don’t delay as you will have no regrets about doing so and the programme has so many more benefits aside from weight-loss. It’s the reset I needed and I know I’m on the perfect track now for looking after my health with a busy professional desk job. It has allowed me to have the information I needed to understand nutrition, exercise and the mechanics of weight loss. I feel challenged and energised after every class and I know Tom will work with me as an individual to reach the right results. As someone who was mindful of covid / group exercise when signing up, I wish I’d known that I need not have been. Tom keeps everything hygienic and I have full confidence that if someone was to arrive unwell at class Tom would handle it well, taking care of the individual and the interests of the wider class. Professional and top notch trainer, programme and gym environment!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 6 week course with NG sweat and feel great, my energy levels are up, im more motivated, feeling trimmer and lost cm's off all areas. I needed a boost to get back in to fitness and that's exactly what I got. Tom Is great at communicating and keeping on top of everyone's needs in every session, the weekly Check ins are always informative and looking for new ways to hit the next goal. Session are fun aswell as hardwork and I've met some great people whilst doing my 6 weeks. I'm now continuing with NG sweat to hit my next fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Signing up to Tom’s 6 week transformation plan has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to looking after my health and well-being. I feel motivated, energised, fitter and leaner, and unlike going to a gym, I get so much satisfaction out of every class. My face has never looked so red leaving an exercise studio! Tom has been great in advising me on nutrition and has challenged me to reach levels I didn’t know I was capable of reaching! I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’m going to carry on. Fantastic experience: I had been going to the gym for years and never really lost any weight. After 6 weeks with NG SWEAT I have lots of energy, lost 3kg and 13cm of my waist and am more toned all over - meaning I dropped a jeans size. I am also healthier, more confident and happier. Tom is amazing, he is motivating and happy to talk to you anytime. He is so professional - never cancelled a class even when I was the only one booked on at 7am. I enjoyed the program so much I have signed on again. If you want to make a real change and meet lots of lovely supportive people with a great enthusiastic personal trainer this is the program for you.

Fantastic experience: I have taken part in the 6 week transformation plan with NG Sweat! It’s been great to have someone like Tom to be accountable to. He’s very knowledgeable and approachable. Session are about 45 minute and you can access as much as you like during the plan which is great. The sessions are fab as they are full body, Tom always mixes things up so not to get bored and then the small groups sizes mean your not completely on show but you can’t completely hide. It’s a great atmosphere and the other ladies that attend are all so supportive. I’ve lost 6kg over the 6 weeks and feel so much fitter and healthier and have signed up for more sessions to continue making positive changes. Would definitely recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I don't think I could have chosen a better place to start my physical (and mental) transformation! I have never in my life loved exercising so much. Tom is the perfect PT, he gives you all the support and help needed and he pushes to achieve your goals! The studio is not as busy as a gym so for who, as myself, is not very confident on exercising in front of loads of people, this place is perfect! Sessions are always different and there is a max of 6 people and the girls are all lovely. It is another way of getting to know new people too! Couldn't recommended it enough.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend PT Tom enough, the results speak for themselves and I’m sure I’m not the only one who is very impressed with NGSweat’s hard work ethic. I am a busy working mum of 3 and after lockdown I was really disappointed with my health. Tom has been fantastic from day one, with personalised nutrition and fitness goals for us to achieve. He is so friendly and professional, always makes each client smile, feel empowered and surpass their own expectations. Plus, all the other women have been very supportive along the way. Within just a couple weeks I felt stronger and saw a difference in the mirror. However, it’s not for the faint hearted! Tom has a way of getting the best out of you for the best results. I thought I would just sign up for the 6 week transformation but now I am motivated to stay and see what more my body can do!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Tom for 5 weeks now. I absolutely love each HiiT session. My energy levels after my second baby had hit rock bottom, where even walking up the stairs was an effort. After just the first week I noticed a huge difference I wasn’t feeling sluggish, had more energy and was sleeping a lot better. I have lost a total of 4.5 inches from my waist and 6kg in weight, in a short period. I look forward to my transformation after 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I have been training on and off for years, however, never saw the results. Since training with Tom, I didn’t think I would be so diligent and motivated to push myself week after week. He is always very helpful and wants you to achieve those goals you set for yourself. He pushes you and keeps it interesting/ challenging by including different types of fitness like Hiit and reps/sets. He helps you keep an eye on your macros, and teaches you what you need to know, to achieve your goal. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time having a personal trainer and Tom has been brilliant! His funny and motivational characteristics keeps you pushing for your goals, both fitness and nutrition-wise. He answers any questions you have and gives you workouts that are designed to be completed either at home or outside. Although the sessions have been physically challenging, it’s targeting all the right areas and I’m already feeling the benefits! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Tom has been nothing but amazing! He has taken the time to personally know what I do best in and what i struggle with, then tailored each work out to me. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is never more than a message away and always happy to answer my questions and worries. Fantastic experience: First experience of a PT and Tom has been fantastic. Pushes me to achieve and encourages me to go further each session. Full support with working out Macros and has given us tips for home work outs, would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Tom and I have been training together for around 8 weeks now and the difference in how I feel and how I look is amazing. I have always been used to the gym but the equipment Tom uses is just as good, if not better. The options and different resistance you can get from just one band is awesome. Tom knows his stuff and is super motivating. I am very pleased with my results so far and looking forward to seeing more. THEO 30 Coventry

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Tom for a couple of months now and at first it was a real struggle. The energy wasn't there and the thought of excersizing was a struggle. However, within the first week Tom had motivated me and changed my views on what I used to think was the dreaded excersize. He made the workouts fun and different each time so I never knew what to expect which personally I preferred. We trained on the beach or at the park which was so refreshing being able to train outdoors. He taught me all about the resistance bands, the excersizes you can do with the bands and which muscles they relate to and he found my love for training. ABBY 27 Edinburgh
