Fantastic experience: I’m nearly six years in with Holohan Coaching after coming to cycling a little later in life! I’m time poor, with work and family, but Liam really understands how and when to get the best out of me. I’ve managed age group podium finishes at Haute Route events as a result of the coaching and following the training advice and process. 6 years with the same coach, I think says it all. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Have been coached by these guys for just over 12 months. They have halved my MTB XC season National ranking (49th to 25), got me 21st at National champs and improved my World Champs Cyclocross ranking. Excellent 1 to 1 coaching with tailored programmes and regular feedback. This has been a total game changer and something I should have done years ago.

I get regular feed back from all my training, on training peaks, & can also WhatsApp if I need something urgent, Adam will always respond very quickly.
